Did what they said they would. Got an independent professional to assess the amount we were offered and they said it was fair. You know you're paying for them to do all the leg work and as part of it requires legal documentation it makes sense to allow the assigned solicitors to take over. Happy to have used The Powerline Advisory Group. It did take us a full year to get the payment so bear that in mind.

Just leave it all to Powerline

Just leave it all to The Powerline Advisory Group. Be patient, the process may take over a year but the time passes. PAG kept me informed the whole way, they are open and honest about their commission. At the end of the day, for a hassle free service it was worth it. Thank you for a great result.

Contacted by mail by this company as unknown to me I had an underground power line going through my back garden. Really easy to start the claim and happy with my compensation. Would have been 5 star review but the whole process took over 2 years, which was too long, although my claim was passed to a more local legal firm who took ages to get things done.

Smooth & professional process

I was quite skeptical upon receiving the initial correspondence from TPAG, but on-line research, allied to their responses to my questions, persuaded me to proceed. It proved to be a straightforward process, with minimal administration required from my end. Once the claim had been approved, TPAG referred the matter to solicitors who are experienced in this field, although consumers can use their own legal advisors, should they wish. Although my own award was modest, due to the fact that I only have overhead power lines, as opposed to on-site installations, the servitude granted in return essentially regularises the position on the ground, making it worth checking potential entitlement.

The Powerline Advisory Group were Excelleny from start to finish

I was contacted by the Powerline Advisory Group who informed me of high voltage cables running through my grounds and that there could be compenastion due for this. I looked into it myself and found this to be correct and instructed them to look into this matter. They were extremely professional and the communication was excellent.
They recommended a firm of Solicitors who were just as efficient in their professionalism and Conduct. They were able to establish my claim and compensation was paid in line with their expectations.
Excellent process from first receiving the letter (I nearly threw it in the bin as Junk but glad I did not) to receiving the funds in my bank account.

The Powerline Advisory Group

The PAG, in collaboration with Seatons Solicitors, kept me informed about the progress of my Deed of Easement negotiation; and achieved the desired settlement within the time estimate (12 months) that they stated at the start of the process.
