Totally agree with all the negative reviews nothing good to say about this company really inferior products,packaging and the weeks it takes to come PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM

Well….at last….my purchase has arrived.

You can, possibly, imagine my disappointment when I opened the package to find that the shirts sent were nothing like the shirts I ordered.

They were NOT cotton.
They were NOT the same colours.
They were NOT the same style.

What they are, are 3 cheap synthetic shirts that I could purchase for £5.00 each.

Please address this issue immediately.

Please don’t buy from this company. Quality of item o ordered in no way resembled what was pictured or described on their website. Delivery was really late, tracking system stopped and stuck completely after about 10 days. Contacted them twice by email, response was slow, unhelpful and unsupportive. Also returns are payable by the customer to China!

The product is so different (and inferior) to the pictures that when I opened the bag I had to laugh. I knew within a second that I’d been had. Don’t make the same mistake I did. One clue I missed: The website claims a 4.8 TrustScore whereas their true score is 1.8.

Do not buy from. Bought jumper. Looked lovely on website. Arrived all creased. Cheap quality. Looked like it had been worn!!

Bought a posture correction brace, the advert pictures look great but the reality of the received product is as far removed as is possible.
Even the XXXL size is far too short in the back for a European build so fits round rib cage instead of waist.
No free returns , they expect you to send back to Hong Kong via tracked mail to get a refund, clearly in the hope you will not bother and leave them with your cash.

Extremely poor quality nothing like the website description and very disappointing delivery time.
The expectation between the website description of the clothing and the reality of the item delivered was dreadful!!!
Never use this site again.

Pls my experience with this company is like they are scammers, i ordered for 2 trousers since on the 7th of December, paid £81.52 for shipping and insurance up till now have not received nor heard any call from them. Pls I need my money back if I don’t receive the clothes by Saturday bcos I’ll be traveling out of Sunderland on Sunday. My phone number is

Ordered 'Lancastel Men's Shirt' the picture shows a heavy cotton chambray type shirt. The shirt I received is polyester, made in China, thrown together by unhappy little hands in Asia no doubt. Total junk....its my fault....completely taken in! For complete satisfaction avoid this scam company.

I ordered some tracksuit bottoms the video that was shown on you tube, showed them to be really smart. So I ordered 3 pair in different colours. Goods took ages to arrive, I keep getting bombarded by e mails and offers and I’ve won a surprise……yeah right.
Surprise all right, when good eventually arrived, in the tiniest package, the bottoms are not as advertised and just total tat. Big mistake. They say they don’t do refunds only issue a credit for more tat. Be warned

All they are interested in is bombarding you with emails containing so called offers. If you mistakenly order anything you have to waiting forever with no updates at all. Absolute rubbish.

I ordered the Heather elegant cardigan described as crafted from the finest wool fibers. Very slow delivery. It arrived eventually screwed up in a tiny bag and it's made of 95% polyester 5%spandex....no wool anywhere. Strongly advise you to avoid this company.

Trainers at £50 but weeks have gone by and nothing arrived. The tracking provided is from somewhere in China, no delivery date. Very frustrating yet their promotional team keeps bombarding with emails of offer upon offer. Please, from my experience, the advise is NOT to use this company

I would say don’t waste your time with this company. I placed an order on 25 November 2024 and it has still not arrived as of today despite the tracking app saying it arrived in the UK on 4-7 December. I see they use Evry which in my experience is probably the worst courier I have encountered so the problem may be with them.

When I ordered I had no idea this is a Chinese company and the goods are shipped from China. I have emailed again and confirmed if nothing is received by the end of the week I will take it up with AMEX for a refund.

Like one of the other posters I have no idea about quality because I have yet to receive anything.

I take back my previous review as being very harsh.

Hopefully by writing this review other potential customers will avoid this company. Having placed an order weeks ago, I still await regardless of a number of emails. Upon order you will get bombarded with sales emails and super special discounts, don’t trust this company, I don’t even yet know quality of goods as not received.

Dreadful customer service and nasty cheap product took over a month to arrive didn’t fit my 84 year old Mum was promised a refund which has never been given Not even answering correspondence now

Ordered the men's Bamboo boxer shorts. Delivery was way overtime. The usual excuses about the courier. It's the companies job to ensure the courier is on track.
When they finally arrived they were way too small. I ordered medium, the size on the label was XL. Made in China. Wrong size and the quality was absolutely rubbish. STEER CLEAR>

I ordered a pair of leather mocassins and have still to receive them. The company has given a tracking number which leads me to a website where I have to take out a monthly subscription of £25 in order to track my order. I don’t know who the couriers are and am getting no response from the senders. I am now going to cancel my card payment as I’m frustratingly getting nowhere.
