Initially were great, however after 10 months with minimal use the right ear bud no longer works at all no what you do. Waste of money, wish I`d read the reviews prior to purchase !

These are a really good advert..
These are a really good advert... for actually buying Apple stuff. They are just rubbish. Bad Bluetooth connection, the battery level shine is never correct, rubbish bass. You think you are saving.. but you are wasting. Can’t even be bothered to complain because I know that they won’t reply and any positive reviews here they’ve done themselves. Cut out the middleman, throw your money in the bin. Absolute rubbish. Mine can’t be bothered to recharge now. Only had them 2 weeks.

If you were to contact us we would of sent out an exchange or refund no questions asked. As for the comment about the positive reviews, all positive reviews on trust pilot are genuine. As a matter of fact we find trust pilot does not accurately represent the overall customer experience with us as it is often only customers who have a negative experience who take the time to write a review.

Very poor. Had them 2 weeks only one pod now working. Stopped answering my emails. Can’t get a refund. Con men as far as I’m concerned. Stay away 👎

Only had them a week, only one of the pods works now. No sound in the other. Poor show.

Well Worth it!
Mine arrived in 24 hours! Very happy with the quality and feel, I used to have apple AirPods but they broke and didn’t fancy spend £170 on a new pair so decided to test out ThePodHut. Literally cannot tell the difference will be recommending to my mates!

Rubbish. Sent the wrong EarPods and won’t dispatch the right ones until I send them back ? Not my fault but I have to wait and then provide proof of postage for refund ??? Too much hassle - bad service
