This is a scam I lost over £180 orders this on here

I ordered in November and they dont appear to have sent the items.

I have raised the problem with them, but no response.

I suppose thays £41 down the drain.

DO NOT BUY

Pure scam, no reply when your order doesn't turn up.
Having to get money back through bank as disputed the company as fraudulent!

Scam, being investigated now. Hopefully they will get their comeuppance. Those who lost money like me, contact bank, mine were very helpful.

Scam. Ordered 28th November - it’s now 10th January and nothing. Received tracking number but it was a link that my computer wouldn’t open. Have sent 9 emails with not one answer. Very disappointed son. AVOID!

Have to put one star if put minus millions scumbags rip ifs paid for game like every one else blocked me can’t get in touch with them scammers dead mad hate scum like this I have gone further with this sick of being ripped off by scum through my bank also luckily I have family in the law who is investigating these and hopefully get some pleasure in seeing them go down dirty horrible scum hope your happy ripping honest working people of there hard earned money obviously your all dirty lay about s making money of us rot in hell scumbags

I’m currently raising this with PayPal. Advert on Facebook seemed to check out n have good reviews but it was obviously all a scam. Paid for 2 retro games projectors with controllers etc got an order confirmation and Royal Mail tracking number that seems to be fake. Emailed the provided address - bounced back as undeliverable and can no longer access the website. These were Christmas presents I then had to quickly replace when I realised I’d fallen for a Black Friday scam and the goods were never arriving. AVOID!!

This is a scam - we never received our item and they do not respond to emails. Don’t ever use this company they need reporting.

Not even a one star to be honest, product looks fab but still no sighn of it! Payment taken in full. Tracking number doesnt exist , very disapointed!!! And sad that these people think its ok to scam honest people!!

It's a scam, was looking forward to this, ordered, email confirmation, nothing arrived, avoid - I ordered through Facebook, last time I will be ordering through any add on there.

Lost money, don’t do it 😭

SCAM! Ordered 11/28, received tracking links and order confirmation that my browser warns against opening. It says they are impersonating and trying to steal my info. I’ve reached out to their provided email and no one responds. Currently disputing the charge through my bank and have not received my purchase or a response. Looks like another instagram scam. I’m done buying off there. DO NOT BUY!

I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Sent numerous emails no responses took the money and left

Paid in full for a play retro projector with controllers and despite payment being taken the order never came. Contacted customer service who said they would email back and never did. Scam. Avoid

they take your money give you a fake Royal Mail tracking number and ignore all messages

Ordered 29th November- still not received. Clearly a scam. Was a Christmas present- really disappointed and frustrating. So sad that people scam people out of their money at an already tough time of year!!!!!!

Ordered 27th nov never recieved it not relying to emails obv a scam

Scam! Ordered a month ago and have been chasing delivery the past couple of weeks with no response. Now just found these reviews… gutted! Anyone know how or if it’s possible to get money back pls?

SCAM they took payment and I never received the items. Not good the week before Christmas.

So upset to read all these reviews. I order from here on 17th November and still have not received the item. It was a Christmas gift for my grandson. The tracking number doesn’t work and everytime I send an email it fails to deliver. This is just disgusting. People work hard for their money only to have it robbed. Very disappointed, not to mention out of pocket and without a gift to give.
