Made in China
I recently ordered some challenge coins. After reading their website which states that they are "Australian owned" and "Australia’s most popular provider of challenge coins" and "Industry Leading Turnaround time" I wrongly assumed that these would be made in Australia and I would be supporting local manufacturing.
I specified my due date as two weeks in advance, knowing I needed the coins for an event in four weeks.
The coins arrived more than 5 weeks later, shipped directly from Dongguan, China via UPS.
I had to chase the company for updates on production and shipping, and feel like they were not transparent in the production location or the time expectations. I was repeatedly told "production is going well" and "it will ship next week".
The quality of the coins is fine, but I feel like I overpaid massively on what I could have paid if I just ordered directly from overseas - and the company were sneaky in their marketing and communication in relation to where they were located.

Communication with Pin factory was great
From initial inquiry to follow up changes to my order everything was handled well and in good time. I am very happy with the finished product. Not sure if the pins are good value for money, just went along with the good vibe I felt in my initial dealings.

The product was fine but delivery too slow
The product was fine, however, it arrived later than promised (and too late for the event it was needed for) despite paying extra money to have it rushed. Also, I had to chase up my contact at the Pin Factory multiple times when he said he would call me back (but didnt).
