The Pillow Home is a SCAM
UPDATE July 25, 2026: The Pillow Home's physical location is currently unknown, as it has been reported that the address listed on their website is not accurate and they have not provided a valid operational address. The Pillow Home appears to be a Chinese Company manufacturing and shipping from China with a return address in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Returning their "poor quality" products will cost you more than the product is worth. My case a $100 purchase will cost me $75.00 shipping by USPS. Please be aware before purchasing from this Company their return policy is misleading.
The Pillow Home is a SCAM. Their return policy requires the customer at their own expense to send the product to a location in China with tracking required. The cost of returning the $100.00 pillow exceeds $75.00. Returning the product does not make financial sense. The return policy does not state these costs. This is a Total Scam. Do not purchase from the Pillow Home.

Very slow refund procedure - still waiting
I have returned the pillow, as advised, by tracked postage to China (returns have to be paid for by customer). I can see that the return has cleared customs in China 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my refund. Beware of this company - poor customer service, and expensive returns.

Do not order from this company!! My order never arrived and I have contacted them twice with no response from them. Their website is a complete lie...beware.
Here is a follow up….I have contacted customer support four times. They are unable to cancel order, provide a delivery date, issue a refund or provide any substantive information. The company is a TOTAL SCAM!

Good site
I found them when researching new bed covers and the site was easy to navigate and see the options. I haven’t used the product yet but the pricing is competitive and if you have more than one bed they do have deals for combo purchasing. I like the 90 day guarantee as well for returns if it’s not working out for you.

Thin, and leaves the mattress feeling ‘hard’. I’ll be putting my old topper back. They say it makes your bed feel like one from a 5 star hotel - not any 5 star I’VE stayed at!
