You can join easily but £60 to leave
Not happy with our vets so we are changing to a new practice which isn't part of the Pet Health Club.
Nobody EVER told us there was a cancellation fee for this cover and we just assumed as we had paid monthly for several years it was just continuous cover.
So we are left with the choice, pay £93 for 4-months of cover we can't ever claim on or a £60 cancellation fee. No negotiation, no consideration that we have paid a fortune in premiums, just pay up or we send you to a debt collection agency.
We left our last vet because we felt they were overcharging us, the pet health scheme was just another way they were ripping us off without us knowing.
The new vet has a far better reputation for fairness - probably explains why they will have nothing to do with this plan.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with your practice and understand why the cancellation fee has added to your frustration.
Pet Health Club is a 12-month agreement, rather than a month-to-month plan, and it renews annually. If you move to another practice that offers Pet Health Club, your plan can usually be transferred. If your new practice doesn’t offer the plan, the normal cancellation terms apply, including the £60 early cancellation fee if you leave during your contract year.
We understand you feel these terms weren’t made clear to you. If you’d like us to review your membership and circumstances, please contact our customer support team at info@pethealthclub.com.

Receptionist at vet very helpful
Receptionist at vet couldn’t be more helpful especially with discount on some very expensive medications. Free consultations are very welcome with my elderly dog especially as his insurance allowance ran out a month after starting.
