Superb customer service from Hassan!
Superb customer service from Hassan at the Centre: Milton Keynes shop. I popped in to make a quick enquiry about a discontinuing perfume I wanted to grab as many of, before I left for a trip. He really tried to match the price to the boutique Dior perfume I found elsewhere and gave me exceptional and tailored customer service from start to finish, that was both memorable and friendly. Late delivery and got charged for the delivery option that i choose but was not delivered on the the chosen day.
Everything went bad, especially the payment, I choose next day delivery and and I got my order like almost a week later, meanwhile I paid for the delivery fee which is next day delivery. And I got a message from royal mail that my parcel has been delivered meanwhile it was not till 2 two days later that I received it. Customer service is really hard to get in contact with which was really frustrating
