The customer service was excellent, friendly, warming and very helpful as I was struggling for quite some time to decide on a fragrance, a lovely lady named Chantay was fantaatic she helped me the whole time, whilst also giving me time ans space to do my own research!, signed me up to the membership service and introduced me to a few samples of products that i was strugging to choose between. A cretit too the company!

Lakeside – Execellent customer service !! Highly recommend! Served by Army, she was amazing, helped me choose, and also gave me information I never knew about recycling my empty perfume bottles for a 15% discount.

I was particularly impressed with a staff member called Rayan, he has a vast knowledge of fragrances & i could tell he is passionate about what he does. He really is a massive credit to the company.
