Went to the store with my wife who is in a wheelchair, two girls at the till, we went up for assistance, they talked between themselves about home lives and failed to offer assistance. No one in the store and 4/5 members of staff, not even given eye contact

Everyone who visits The Perfume Shop should feel welcomed, acknowledged and treated with care and respect. I am particularly sorry to hear that your wife was left without assistance when you approached our colleagues and that you felt you were not even given eye contact while trying to get their attention.
