We've been to the Darlington store in the cornmill a few times now.
The service provided was super. Sophie really does know her stuff and was able to tell me about all the different perfumes what was in them and the kind of perfume it was .
I would definitely recommend 👌🏻

Me and my partner went into the perfume shop today and was served by a lovely lady called Beth she was so helpful with us and was very polite and understanding and allowed us to take our time within the store she is a great lady :)

We were very pleased with the service that Louise had given us. She showed patience with my elderly mother and helped us to pick a lovely perfume. Fabulous job Louise. Xx

Great experience, Sophie was knowledgeable and professional.

I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Beth, this was mothers day weekend and the shop was very busy, she was just about to go for some refreshments but insisted on serving me, rather than quickly scan my purchase and be done with it she went further out of her way to discuss the other brands of scents, several testers later and and general chitchat Beth gift wrapped my purchase and wished me well for mothers day.
With staff like this it makes you remember the store and it will also make a future visit a no brainer 🙂

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Louise at The Perfume Shop in Darlington. From the moment I walked in, she delivered incredible service with a genuine smile and a warm, welcoming approach.

Her product knowledge was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the fragrance notes clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. You can tell she truly knows her craft and cares about getting it right for the customer.

Not only did I leave with the perfect fragrance, but I also felt I received excellent value for money. The entire experience was professional, efficient and enjoyable from start to finish.

Louise is a real credit to the Darlington store. I’ll definitely be back.

I went into the Darlington branch today with my wife and children to look at various perfumes, we got help by a lovely sales assistant who was very informative and patient while my wife looked at different perfumes. Nothing seem too much for her and went above and beyond. She was amazing with my children and made my daughter’s experience of looking for perfumes something she won’t forget. All I can say is the service was exceptional which is something I don’t say very often and the sales assistant also made a little girls day that bit brighter. Thank you to the sales assistant for this.

Sophie made the whole actual 'try-before-you-buy' experience, very easy. Left feeling like I'd got something I was happy with! Friendly, knowledgeable, easygoing. Give that girl a pay raise!

WOW… what can I say as soon as me and my husband walked in we received such a warm friendly welcome from a lady called Ann, iam not a very confident shopper when it comes to perfumes, so I was asked what smells I like and Ann knew exactly what perfumes to get in-fact she she did so well we bought more than one perfume,To which I am very happy with. Upon paying we had a few jokes back and forth which just added to the experience can not fault anything with this store absolutely perfect!! Thanks Ann for making my Birthday a happy one! 😃

What a lovely visit we had in the Darlington store, we were shopping for a birthday gift and ended up not only making our purchase but also having the best time with Ann and Sophie ❤️
Their service was impeccable and their knowledge of their products was impressive!
We ended up having the best laugh and we honestly felt we left as friends!
We will definitely shop there again xx
