Picked up Acqua di Gio from The Perfume Shop in Cheltenham and have to shout out Ryan for the top service. He’s a proper genuine guy—friendly, humble, and speaks with confidence. You can tell he really understands what young men are looking for and made the whole experience easy. He helped with everything and didn’t rush or pressure me. Big respect to him, definitely one of the best I’ve come across in retail.
