Excellent customer service
The staff were extremely helpful and the delivery quick. I had to return my original order as the item was too big, but the team couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring the replacement was what I wanted and the turn around happened within a week.

Good ordering process and nice product range
Good ordering process, and nice range of products (though many/most are sadly too small for me, which surprises me because I'm not THAT big). Delivery was pretty quick.
The jacket I ordered would have been really ideal, but it was too small and had to be returned for a refund (which was very quick). I was very sad about that, and I hope Portwest will have more jackets in future available in sizes like 2XL and 3XL.

Very good detailed website
Very good detailed website. I bought a hiking trousers the same as one I already have. They had serial/model number which helped me secure correct trousers as a lot of them look the same!

Went to the shop in killarney
Went to the shop in killarney. Lots if choices, but the shop assistant kept bugging me to see if I was OK. Once was enough to ask me. I wanted to look through the clothes and think about different options but I couldn't with the annoying shop assistant. So I left. I haven't gone back either.
