TheOtakuBox

This is a great product and the detail is amazing

Customer service is top-tier, and the box contents are AWESOME! I never thought I could get into figures, but along comes The Otaku Box, and holy heck, now I have a fair collection. I've had HORRIBLE experinces with collectible card games, but along comes Waifu Masters, and holy addiction, Batman -- I'm in for quite a bit of pack-cracking when it all comes in, because Liz runs a service that gives the greatest gifts of all -- hope and joy.

This is a personal reflection on.... Oh, gosh, almost three years of boxes headed my way. And that means I'm almost certainly not the longest-running customer -- and I'd bet the Day 1, A-1 customers have a LOT of praise, too!

Don't waste your money. If you're looking for ANIME loot you're going to be disappointed. I just cancelled my subscription because I just received a FULL box of non-anime items. They're obsessed with their OC and Liz merch and will be putting it in your box. They will send you Tapestries, Cards and a Coin in every box as well as small items like pins and keychains instead of giving you anything useful. I already found some of the products they sent me on Shein for the price of $1-$2.

I have been with this box for over 2 years and I love it. There always different things in it every month with some walls scrolls and figures.

Liz does a fantastic job at putting together a variety of items to keep each box different than the last. She is also great at letting the people have influence on what could appear in the boxes. In addition, she is super nice a and helpful when it comes to the support side of things. Highly recommend!

I'm happy with the variety of stuff that's inside. It the only why I have found to get what I want and yes it went up in price not sure if I like it but everything goes up in price eventually.

Super nice answers. Questions listens to customer top tier quality at a really nice price

I am sorry happy with the dox and different types of figures I don't how they come up with it every month it's a different one and people who didn't get it they sill can buy it.

I've been getting Otakubox for several years now. I'm alway surprised by the variety of things included in the box. I particularly like the wall scrolls and shirts. The scale figures have improved a lot in quality and detail, although they are not meant to be competitive with more expensive figures you might buy elsewhere.

I've ordered otaku from the past and I was told that there were no deadline of downloading comics. I can't seem to download anything nor there is an option.

I always loved getting my anime boxes.
The figures are always nice to have and the coins were really cool. The cards were probably one of my favorite parts. Every-so-often there would be this neat little thing thrown in that would catch my eye and I would love it. The calender I got for 2024 and the little light stand were both cool. I will be resubbing to this after I move, I can't wait to get more!

Love receiving my box every month and being surprised when opening it! Hopefully they keep going for years to come!

I love The Otaku Box! I've always looked forward to getting them, and seeing the winner for votes. Looking forward to more!

Haven't have a problem with them love their product. Been a member for a couple of years.

I am always happy to get Otaku box every month it’s like a gift to my hard work and it always leaves me waiting to see what’s next.

Missed the very first box when this first came out but other than been subscribed since then, I've noticed I've been missing out on some of the smaller "included" items in half the boxes id gotten, loss of the ecchi pick is kind of a lame thing but is what it is, I'll probably end up unsubscribing soonish, but pretty ok service, some of the statues could of been made or painted a little better but that's just staring at them directly a quick glance and you don't notice it.

I subscribed to Otaku Box over 4 years ago, and have enjoyed every box since. They are always working on improving the quality of their items and offer amazing exclusive items you cannot find anywhere else.

Let me start with I do love my subscription. I'm picky about what I buy and tend to stick to the same themes or favorites. This service just sends everything at random so you get what you get and I get stuff that I like that I normally would never buy on my own, so it's really expanded the variety in my collection. Quality, hit or miss, I've had a couple of low resolution wall scrolls, image just looked bad. Figures, some good some bad, bad is usually because of a derpy face on it, otherwise they tend to look pretty decent. T-shirts, I don't like the print process currently in use. They used to be full graphic shirts as if they were printed directly into the fabric. Now, it's embossed? Not sure how to describe, it's like a thick paint/print that feels like it'll crack after a couple washes and has a sticky/tacky feel to it and is very noticeable while wearing. Just not my preference.

Is awesome can't wait till my next box arrives
