Not received balance bike!
To whom it may concern
I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday for a micro balance bike on the 17th August. The order number is as follows; #3354. We haven’t received the balance bike and I have tried reaching out to you on instagram and tried to sent a message via your website but to no avail. Please make contact with us to resolve this situation. Our daughter has gone without her main birthday present and this has been an unnecessary stress. The shop app has been unreliable and has said for sometime that it would be delivered on September the 1st bit it is now saying that it was delivered on the 22nd August. Please help!! Regards Oliver

As we discussed with you, there had been an error in our warehouse meaning your order was sent to your billing address rather than your delivery address. Our systems showed it as being delivered so we weren’t aware there was a problem until we received this review. As you know, as soon as we were aware this had happened we took steps to resolve the issue and a replacement was immediately sent out on next day delivery. Unfortunately, problems do sometimes arise and we do our best to resolve them as quickly as we can which we did in this case.
We take note of your issues with the Shop App and have fed these back to Shopify themselves as we don’t have any control over it but we do understand that it can be frustrating when it doesn’t show the correct information.
A great swing and slide set
Contact from the company wasn’t ideal. The swing set arrived and i hadn’t even known it was out for delivery. it’s a good job that i was home!
That said, the swing and slide set was extremely well made. It came in several boxes with a booklet of instructions. my husband is a very good DIYer so didn’t have any issues in putting this together.
I’d say this is very good value for money.

Order process was quick & easy, had good communications throughout regarding order updates & delivery.
Very impressed with the delivery service. I ordered on a Mon midday for delivery to NI and was expecting it to maybe take up to a week or so. I got an update on the Wednesday morning (2 days later) to say my order was out for delivery & it came that afternoon!
Great service & great deals, definitely recommend 🙂

Everytime I ordered a lightening…
Everytime I ordered a lightening McQueen electric ride on car from other companies within half an hour I would have received an email stating it was out of stock, instead of being honest that they didn’t deliver to Northern Ireland.
I then placed an order with the online toy shop and I now have the lightening McQueen car in time for Christmas
Customer service kept me up to date and it came on the delivery date.
I would highly recommend the online toy shop.
Northern Ireland customers pay more for delivery but believe me I was quoted £100 for delivery as the online toy shop was £40 but I was grateful that I was able to get it as I said I did try other places. I will have a happy and excited grandson on Christmas Day.
