This had fast become our favourite place to eat. Food is fantastic and service great. The restaurant has some of the best staff I have come across, Ciara and George are amazing and always greet you with a smile and are so very attentive. Excellent all round always busy so book early.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
We were made to wait for a table when there were other tables available, this was after on the online booking I asked for a 4 seater table.
Then when we placed our drinks order we asked for some water which never arrived. We never got told to circle the food that you want from the menu, the food then took ages to arrive. After the meal we were sat for quite some time (as were the couple by the side of us) until our plates got took away. I asked to complain and was told there wasn’t any management on site which is terrible, I got referred to Facebook from the staff. I sent a message on Facebook offering to resolve the matter before I went to social media and I wasn’t even worth a reply, I then I had to call the place and got told they don’t respond to threats about social media. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who ever the guy who said he was the manager needs to learn some customer service skills
