Absolutely over the moon with both my recent orders. Packaged very well so nothing arrived damaged. The promo for a free Funko Pop was a good marketing strategy and I didn't already have the random free pop, which was a bonus! Will continue to purchase from The Nerdy Byrd!

Purchased a funko in store today. Staff were friendly and helpful, great selection and excellent prices too.

First time ordering Funko Pops from The Nerdy Byrd.
My order was processed within a 48 hour period, dispatched Thursday and received the Pop Monday morning. Customer service is fantastic and I like the fact they send you an email to ask them anything regarding my order.
I was a little worried when my delivery turned up and the box had been crushed (I have raised a complaint with Royal Mail) but care was clearly taken when packaging the product, the crushed box caused a small crease on one of the corners but other than that it turned up in perfect condition.
I look forward to receiving my Pre Order next month and I will definitely be shopping with The Nerdy Byrd again!

Great
This was my first purchase from TNB and I only have good words to say. First, it arrived really FAST. The figure was in excellent condition. The package was full of bubble wrap, which protected the figure. I liked that they sent me an email telling me to ask them anything regarding my order.
