Excellent company great service

Excellent company with first class service, items arrived fast and we'll protected. Best place for mystery pop boxes wished they still did , would buy again if restart mystery boxes.

Really have delivered 5*****

Gave a snotty review which I will apologise for @thenerdybyrd
But gave them a second chance after speaking to them via Twitter.
They have delivered massively and listened to everything thing I said, so thank you and I will for sure to be using again!

First of all I'd like to apologise for the delay in your order. Due to Funko Pops being a collectors item we hand pick and pack them as safely as possible. In our process we also check over each and every box to make sure they're in good condition for all in box collectors.

Unfortunately that can delay the process a bit but we'd rather get it right the first time and you be satisfied when they arrive at your door.

We have issued you a full refund and the discount code previously mentioned in our messages still stands if you wish to return and offer us a second chance.

As for our Trust Pilot reviews, we have been working with Trust Pilot themselves to rectify these fake profiles posting fake reviews. All these reviewers are copying and pasting negative comments from one of our competitors. We always welcome reviews, good or bad so we know where we're going wrong and how we can fix it for the future.

As always, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's certainly given us food for thought on how to improve on our shipping times.

Great purchase

Great purchase In top condition. Delivery was quick and was always updated as to what was happening with the status of the order and then delivery. Would definately recommend them for your pop funkos!

Absolutely outstanding service!

Absolutely outstanding service!

I've only used The Nerdy Byrd site a few times (so far) but have to say I've had a fantastic experience every time and have no complaints whatsoever.

You know exactly how your order is doing with frequent updates and they arrive quickly and impeccably packaged. A brilliant shop for all varieties of pop collectors.

Highly recommend and will definitely be making more purchases in the near future!

Amazing company

Amazing company! Ordered pops that arrived and all in mint condition! As an inbox Collector this was a phenomenal experience. The packaging was fantastic as well as their chat! Best Funko seller I've bought from hand's down!

I bought a grail mystery box and only…

I bought a grail mystery box and only received a mr meeseeks, no biggie. I kn its part of the mystery not knowing what ur getting. But i like the options you offer. Prices are a bit high for my taste, i kn profits need to be made but theres some items where the price was more than doubled. In all its a great site offering hard to find items. Keep up the good work.
