Slow customer service
Ordered with the Nerdy Byrd on the 3rd of November 2018 and received a text confirming the order. The Funko Pop figures were in stock at the time of ordering. As of 22nd November 2018 I have not had an update to the order and I have tried contacting their support staff to no avail. I’ve sent two e-mails since the 13th of November asking for an update.
28/11/2018 Edit: can someone from the NerdyByrd contact me? You have kept my money for a month without being able to deliver what I have ordered. You don’t reply to messages. I bought items that were in stock so there is no excuse for not having sent them one month later. I can forgive delayed dispatches IF you at least let your customers know why the order is delayed but I have tried contacting you through email and have not been given a reply. So please contact me.

Aweful customer service
Aweful customer service , had to pester them to get replies via email and Facebook , no notification of orders being ready to collect either. I used to like this place but now I'll go elsewhere and I'll tell my friends to do the same.

Thank you for your review. The reason we did not have your order ready for pick up is because you did not pay off the order total as it was placed on Lay-Away.
We do not keep lay-buy orders lying around at our shop in case someone walks through the door, they’re stored in our warehouse.
After explaining this to you, you continued to be rude to our customer service rep throughout the whole conversation. Nevertheless we continued to process your full refund on your order with no questions asked.
We will always offer our customers a refund if they’re not 100% satisfied, all we ask in return is for some patience and respect when talking to our customer service team as they do not control our stock or deliveries.

Brought a few mystery boxes one arrived damaged and I was told they would sort a replacement out for me but never did overall they're a good company, sometimes take a while to ship your order though.
