Can't fault The Nerdy Byrd at all. Have ordered lots of limited edition pops unavailable in the UK at reasonable prices. I have just recieved my Pennywise with wrought iron Funko Pop which was an FYE Exclusive. Arrived superbly packaged in a box with bubble wrap and then inside another box. As an in-box collector that attention to detail is really important to me and very much appreciated. Will be ordering again and would highly recommend you do the same.

I've bought from The Nerdy Byrd a few times now and my Funko Pops always arrive well protected with plenty of bubble wrap in a sturdy box.
I always tick the option at checkout "I'm an in-box collector" and I have to say, this genuinely seems to have been taken into account. However, on one occasion recently, I did receive a Funko Pop where the box was damaged internally - the tab had been forced shut (by the manufacturers) and was bent right backwards damaging both the tab and the internal cardboard backing. In Nerdy Byrd's defence, this would not have been immediately noticeable to them as the box looked overall brand new, but for an in-box collector like myself, it was rather annoying. Maybe this is something The Nerdy Byrd should also check when selling to in-box collectors?

I've been using nerdy bird for a while now, and they're honestly a great company, orders always arrive perfect, and if the pop ordered is in a damaged box, they email to let you know and offer a refund or take it as is, what more could you ask from a company! Amazing customer service, one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Yeah, it's a bad joke, but that's certainly something which could never be said about The Nerdy Byrd - they took my order very seriously, sent Gollum out super fast and kept me in touch with emails at every step of the way, including a follow-up email to say thanks for my custom and to make sure I was completely happy with the Pop! I was!!

I placed an order and paid in full on 2nd May, for a preorder item due to be despatched the end of May, been no response to any of my emails, can find no update on my order, and no telephone number to contact them.

Still no reply to my emails, or my review where is my order???

Possible best indie shop that sells Funko pop vinyls, great communication, friendly staff and the prices ain’t bad either. There packaging is brilliant, a parcel arrived and it looked like it had been used as a football I was in tears almost and dreaded opening the box, but when opened the pop had been that well protected not a scratch, bump or dent on it. I will shop here again and I already have told family and friends to buy pops from here.
