Customer service is non existent

Emailed days ago and still no response. Same with the contact us section on the webpage. Requested a refund following instructions through the portal . Got to the end and wasn't given any details of where to return. Instead I now have to wait an unspecified amount of time for them to review my refund and grant me permission to return .Feels like such a scam . I want to return my items and this is taking far too long considering I only have a 14 day period to return the items. Really disappointed as I was singing their praises when my item came fast and hassle free. Won't be using them again avoid buying from here unless you know for sure your item will fit .

Lovely top

Lovely top, looks beautiful and the material is really lovely quality. Looks even better in real life compared to photos! Only thing was I didn’t get any dispatch updates via email and when reaching out over instagram enquiring when the order would be dispatched, the team were slow to get back to me. It is an expensive item of clothing but I do feel I’ll get great use of it with both western and eastern outfits.

Brilliant customer service!

I sent an Instagram message at around 3pm to see if next day delivery was still available even though the website said 12pm. They were able to accommodate and the top arrived, is brilliant quality and fits perfectly! Can't wait to order again!

Avoid unless paying with a 3rd Party app

On 12th July, I placed an online order for a blouse in sizes 14 and 16 and paid for them using Klarna. I was then informed on the same day that the 14 wasn't available and that it would be refunded and that the 16 would be sent out. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have placed the order as I'm more of a 14 but I asked for a 12 to be sent out instead, which it was. I received this on 15th July, which was super quick.

Unfortunately, the blouses did not suit the skirt I was planning to wear and I knew I would have to return them. All items had to be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, but to do so, you had to email the company to request a return. I made a request on 22nd July and then again on the 26th July, but I still had not heard back. I asked for people's advice on a FB Bridal platform stating I had had a poor experience so far. I was immediately contacted by Nikita and asked to remove my "negative" comment by her and the platform operator, which I actually did. She then gave me the address to return the garment, which I did the following day. I also gave my feedback to Nikita regarding the returns policy and timing around it.

The website stated it could take between 2 to 3 weeks to process the return so I waited.

I emailed the company on 18th Aug asking about the status of the return to which I was asked to send proof of return. I sent through a photo of this and did not hear anything back.

At this point, I opened a case with Klarna who investigated. I finally received a refund on 17th September, just less than 2 months after posting the item back. I never heard back from Nikita. I'm so glad I paid using a 3rd party as it protected me against them claiming they had not received the goods.

I am a huge supporter of small businesses, especially those run by women and run by people of colour. Essentially, anyone who represents me. However, I feel like this business puts IG posters and influencer relationships above its customers. I am getting married next year and would have loved to wear some of the outfits for the events but this experience has put me off ordering again.

Service is good.

I returned the outfit an I personally thought it was a wee bit pricey for what it was.
Service was good when I emailed Nakita.
No label was provided for return.
Had to pay for my return though and cost me over a fiver!
I don’t think I would order again.

Awful customer experience from a small business sadly.

Awful customer experience. 8 days for delivery, wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I live near from where the company is based so suggested I could go and exchange the product in person to save time (as event is next week and I can’t wait 8 days for delivery!) which I was given a bunch of excuses including covid (events being attended by the brand owner etc. Without any covid precautions). Only option to help speed up my exchange was to order next day delivery and pay for my return. Really poor and disappointing service from a small business.

Blouse ordered wasn’t the best quality, will now have to get it altered as I don’t have time to return.

Will not be purchasing again.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you feel we had not provided you the best service, basing on all our other reviews this is uncommon for The Naked Laundry to recieve this!

We have had a look back at our communication with you regarding your order and believe we had offered various options in order to meet your timeframe; one of which was our next day delivery service guarenteeing the product would be with you the next day. Our standard delivery was also was an option which can take between 3-8 days.

We pride ourselves to keeping our members of the team safe from COVID, especially since there is a huge incline of cases currently therefore had made an executive deicison to no longer accept in person collections or returns.

From our communication, we also offered you to book in time with the Founder who was willing to discuss this in further depth as we always want our customers to be satisfied.

Great quality!

Ordered the petal crop top in a size 4. I’m normally a size 4 petite and this fit perfectly. The top is really flattering and of great quality. Would order from The Naked Laundry again.

I ordered some face masks from naked…

I ordered some face masks from naked laundry because I was tired of using disposable ones. As it was late afternoon, I messaged naked laundry to see if I could still get them the next day. Nikita immediately responded, stating that she would see to it that it did! They arrived the next day on time, beautifully packaged, and I love wearing them! I feel like the material is much better and doesn't make me break out like previous masks did. Thank you for your excellent service!
