Totally avoid using this company!!

Poor quality, not able to return as return link doesn’t exist on website. Delay email tactics from company to force me to miss 14 day return policy. Still currently trying to return! Wasted £30.
Company will be receiving formal complaint.

Being ignored

I ordered my jacket size XS. It took 2 weeks for item to arrive. It came and it's not XS, seemed like a large. the fabric is garbage. I asked for a refund they said they will give me 15% refund. I declined, wanting my full refund and I will send back the item. Now they are ignoring me. People reading this do not buy from them. I will take this further.

The item was advertised as a knitted…

The item was advertised as a knitted cardigan. It was actually nasty cheap fleece material that I wouldn't let my dog sleep on. Do not use this company, they insist you return the item to China at a cost of over £15 before they consider a refund.
I am starting a complaint with trading standards and would ask everyone else to do the same. This company needs to be bought to check!

UPDATE - disregard all the ridiculous misleading replys by The Mode Hub posted after 30th Jan below. I contacted them about their offer below and they still refuse to give me a full refund or cover return costs. They are liars and a scam bad company.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE MODE HUB!!! YOU WILL GET CHEAP RAG PRODUCTS AND NO REFUND!!!!!

I would recommend you do not buy from…

I would recommend you do not buy from this company - there is very little information about them available either.
I ordered a mans grey scarf and a green looking one has been delivered after weeks and weeks of waiting.
They dont seem to realise that a small 15% doesnt provide me with the colour scarf I need either.
Avoid!

Genuine fraudsters

This company should not be able to advertise or take money from the general public. The advertise as selling genuine items and then you receive rubbish cheap items which are not even labelled or tagged. They are fraudsters and are not willing to refund your money or accept returns

3 week delivery. Shapeless. Scam. Avoid.

Apparently Netherlands based scam outfit fronting for a chinese supplier. 19 days to deliver. Item 'Woman's Elegant Blazer Dress Midi' was nothing like the ad picture. The name ‘blazer’ implied it would be a structured fabric. Item received had no thickness or quality of fabric to hold any kind of tailored appearance and despite being ‘S’ / Small was so generously cut that it was all over the place. There is no way it could look anything like the image of the garment worn by the ultra slim model. Completely shapeless.
Update 2-2-2026. Vendor reply below 42 days after posting. At the time of complaint they offered a 20% discount and warned that the return postage to China would not be worth the price. I complained to my bank and they refunded the full amount. I'm not sure if they recovered the money from the vendor.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Item is no way, NOT the same as displayed on the website and when I emailed them multiple times, there was no response.it took more than more than 2 weeks to arrive and I paid nearly £70 and now getting a refund through my bank! Hopefully I get my money back!

Refunded promised immediately, no refund provided or further contact

Please refer to my initial review (below) and the retailer’s response. Unfortunately the promise of an immediate refund has not been provided. I can only assume that The Mode Hub want to present themselves as a caring, professional retailer. They are not! Their promise for a refund and lack of action is dishonest, extremely poor and demonstrates why we should all avoid retailers like The Mode Hub. They have evidenced their character.

I ordered (01/11/25) 2 large ( the website sizing states ‘The sizes fit as you would normally expect and correspond to standard sizing’) turtle necks, 1 mustard, the other red. On the website it states ‘free shipping with Royal Mail’.
I received 2 turtlenecks that my wife (uk size 8) fit very nicely. One yellow, not mustard, the other red as ordered. Received on the 15/12/25 from China. In short. Wrong sizing, sent wrong colour choice and it took 14 days. Extremely poor!!! One star does not do the company justice, should -5 stars. Companies do not like bad reviews. However hard working paying customers do not like extremely bad services. Thanks for nothing😡

Stay well clear

Please please do not use this company it is a scam ordered jeans from them which looked great on the pictures, when they arrived after 2 weeks of waiting they were awful the button hole was sewn up so you can't even do them up they were nothing like the pictures . Couldn't do a refund there's no link on there sight .. they have said it's my responsibility to pay to send them back to Asia ? Strange as there supposed to be in the Netherlands only offered me 15% refund and suggested I gave them to a charity.. after many emails they eventually offered me 30% refund they also suggested I wore them for a few days to get used to them ... really I wouldn't be able to do them up what a joke . Just received a big sob story from them saying their a small company and couldn't afford to refund me the whole amount as they would go out of business well what a relief that would be. At least other people would be saved from losing money . Please please stay well away you have been warned

Another Scam..... so many of advertising on Facebook and Insta. Any of these companies stating they are based in Netherlands? Trust me, it's China. You won't get anything remotely looking like the advert. It will be a piece of absolute rubbish...it you actually get it. Avoid like the plague!

Terrible quality with quality prices.

The item received was absolutely nothing like the item on the picture. I ordered the mens premium stretch chinos in white, the fit was absolutely horrendous and the material was so thin they were borderline see through. They price the stuff like designer clothing but the quality of the average temu item. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my parcel and was the biggest waste of time in the world wouldn't even use them as a duster they are that bad. AVOID AT ALL COST.

In relation to the response to this review I contacted the modehub by the email they sent with proof of purchase they requested and they acknowledged the order by HAVE NOT issued the refund. I keep getting the same response i have verified you order by the order number number and you can track it using the link. DO NOT use the company by all costs.
