The products were so well packaged and great quality. My team really enjoyed decorating the cookies. The team as expected during busy period were slow to respond but then so accomadating going above and beyond. Will use again.

Excellent service in light of mix-up
Mix up with the date the cookies needed to be delivered (on my part I misunderstood the form). They were very responsive to my email and processed a refund quickly and professionally. They were kind and understanding, and my experience (though not resulting in cookies) has definitely encouraged me to try using their shop again 🙂

Biscuits were great but communication around delivery a little lacking. However once I emailed to query the communication was good. Kids loved decorating (and eating!) the biscuits

Biscuits were great and it was a fun…
Biscuits were great and it was a fun activity with the team at work, but some of us were sent a different pack to the ones I ordered - for example I ordered the Fangtastic set for me, but received the Bootiful set.
It would have been nice to have had a little note or email or something to say that I was getting an alternative as I’d ordered specific sets for a reason.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, paid £8.99 for next day delivery it didn’t even arrive till 3 days after. When the cake arrived it was all squashed together and looked nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Wasn’t even editable, waste of £30.99.

Delivered on time but product not as expected
Delivery was on time and communication was good. However, when the boxes arrived they did not look like the picture on the website. White boxes used instead of brown craft boxes, and no gift tag. I ordered Christmas biscuits and expected the boxes to look exactly the same as the website picture. Instead they came plain white, with a non-Christmas napkin inside completely covering the window so you can't see whats inside, and some regular packing tape securing the lids on which doesn't look great. I bought several as corporate gifts for a Christmas event in July so I'm disappointed they don't look the part. Hopefully the contents of the box is good but I feel the packaging and overall look falls short of what's promoted on the website.

Courier left package next to bins
Unfortunately, the biscuits were inedible due to the package being left by the courier on the ground next to bins. Disappointing as this was a birthday gift.
