Product never sent

I purchased a mouse decal for my son’s nursery and paid for the express shipping. The order wasn’t even dispatched after multiple weeks waiting, so I emailed the company to check everything was ok. I got no response. I emailed again a week later informing them I’d like a refund after it was clear they couldn’t fulfil the order. Again, I got no response. I finally emailed them to tell them I would be contacting my bank to reclaim my money. I still heard nothing back but got the money back from my bank. Avoid.
