I was having issues with a template, and they responded with detailed instructions that resolved the problem at its root.

There were some difficulties in getting one of their themes to work on my WordPress site, but when I contacted them for support, they were able to help and get it up and running. Would use a different theme from them again.

I recently installed the Interior Design Theme from ThemeCaliber and ran into a small hiccup with the demo not displaying correctly. Feeling a bit concerned, I reached out to their support team and was asked to provide my order number along with temporary WordPress access (username, password, and site link). Within a couple of days, they looked into the issue and successfully got the full theme installed and running smoothly.

If you ever need to contact their support team, be as detailed as possible when describing your situation. The more information they have, the faster they can help. And most importantly, be patient; they will get back to you.

Support team swiftly rolled back activation of design template which was rejected by customer.

I had some trouble with the demo importer initially, but the support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They guided me through the issue and even resolved it directly for me. The theme looks beautiful and works perfectly now. Highly recommend both the theme and their support service!

March 30 (me): Despite the change i make in the slider duration, the website doesnt listen to the alteration. The preview example page though, does show the change. I have tried to make it work in different ways. By switching the module on and off. By using just one slide. By login in again. Somehow the customizer doesnt work properly in this theme Political Candidate Pro. Can you give me some advise, or should i use and external slider plugin. Which is annoying cause the theme is supposed to work including the slider.

April 1(TC): Hello, We checked the theme on our end, and the slider is working properly.
Please provide temporary access to your site so that we can check and resolve the slider issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
April 1 (me): I reinstalled the theme from scratch following the setup wizard. What you see is the result without any customization. In the version i overwrote I tried adjusting the slider duration and the footer replacing the name and year. Both didn't work to my disappointment. Plugins did help me to restore functionality, but is not my favorite choice.
April 3 (TC): If you haven't made any customizations and your site still appears this way after importing the demo, it seems like old data is being loaded.
To fix this, we may need to reset your site. Please take a backup if you have any important data and inform us so we can proceed with resetting and setting up the demo properly.
April 6 (me): Hello, I made a backup from the Wordpress installation. Wonder how i could profit from resetting the site. Reinstalling the backup does it also not reinstall the problem? You can do your magic...
April 6: Themes Caliber service reinstalled WordPress and their Theme. But same problem, nothing changed. No guiding comment. Seems they are not capable of understanding the problem.
April 7 (me): Hello, What you have done is not offering any solution yet. Changing the slider time was the problem. Have you checked this if your template does it right now? From here still the same issue. It doenst work as I already expected.
April 8 (TC): Hello, We have reset your site and imported the demo. Please check it.
April 8 (me): Hello, Your template is FAULTY. It does not do what it promises. Your slider time cannot be adjusted. Also your footer address cannot be removed. Delivering service is about understanding the problem.

Problem with this is they do not make an effort to understand the problem, or they arent capable of understanding and addressing the issue explained. Am tired of communicating with them, as they do not get to the problem.

Basically a waste of money.

The theme I bought was more of a beta since more than half the features included could not be used. ON top of that, they are unable to fix the multitude of issues in the themes compatibility and poor design.
This is ongoing and I will say they do reply to email but saying "you are absolutely free to consider hiring another developer" is NOT customer service for a paying customer.
Apparently, the entire email chain needs to be posted since AT NO TIME did I ever say anything about myself hiring a developer. I did, however, remind them they are the developer I hired, and I did get proof from the AIOSEO tech support FIRST that the problem was with the THEME. Their response is exactly the same I am used to, THEY do NOT know how to fix their mistakes. Obviously, you did NOT resolve anything or I wouldn't be posting negatively about it.

Great theme & support. I bought a theme that looked good but needed some customization. They responded quickly & helped fix it each time until I got the website I needed.
