Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this Supplier - They will blatantly ignore you when you make them aware of their non-functioning theme

I purchased this theme along with a full year of support, and from the start, it has not worked as advertised. It asks for a license key that is not provided, and none of the demo content loads.

I reached out multiple times through email and the support portal, including screenshots and full explanations, and received no response at all.

At this point, it feels like there is no real support behind this product. Taking payment and then ignoring customers is not acceptable.

I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable solution.

These themes are not compatible with Elementor or any website builders and you can not customize or add any sections to the ready made pages. There is no refund policy. Beware.

Great theme and always helpful

I've been using one of their free themes for a couple of years. At some point, they moved some functionality from the free version to the pro version. Given that, and that the free version kept promoting me to upgrade, I finally bought the pro version. Unfortunately, one cannot /upgrade/ to the pro version as it's a totally separate theme. I went through a lot of work setting up the free version, and I'm not going to spend hours doing that again.

When I contacted their customer support, they wanted me to give them my WordPress credentials, via email. That's so wrong for multiple reasons.

Despite the lack of an upgrade path, they did not give me a refund despite multiple requests.
