Elisha is a wonderful, kind, patient, super funny and most importantly knowledgeable person on Medicare, medigap, advantage, Part D drug plan, and a host of other options that may be a good fit for folks. She made me feel at ease during our two conversations, explained everything to me in a way I cold fully grasp and was extremely patient with me when she had to explain a couple things more than once...that was because of me, not her. I can't recommend her enough as a person and as a professional. She didn't push any particular company or plan on either medigap or advantage. She did help me make the best choice for me and my family, and I'm extremely confident in those choices for Medicare and Medigap going forward.

She answered all of my questions and made sure I would file for SS benefits that day as I was less than 30 days prior to my upcoming birthday in early January 2026. She also pointed out my wife could also add the same dental plan I am considering that had better coverage than when she signed up two years ago. I had called The Medicare Family and spoke with Aaron Landers and he really helped me get a supplement plan. I found trying to get information very overwhelming and he made it very easy. Casey Sullivan provided superb service in getting me enrolled in a Medicare Supplement Plan G policy! I’ve been on SSDI with Medicare Advantage, and wasn’t sure how to time the switch over to Plan G (and Part D Rx plan) seamlessly (I turn 65 in April of next year). Casey answered all my questions, gave me recommendations based on my needs and preferences, and got my Plan G application submitted and approved, all while we were on the phone! (We’ll talk again next month to get my Part D plan and dental insurance plan set up for start on April 1, 2026.) I chose The Medicare Family because I have seen “Medicare Mama” Sylvia Gordon’s videos on Facebook and YouTube, and based on my own research into Medicare and Social Security, I knew that her information and advice is spot on! I’m glad that I reached out to The Medicare Family and Casey Sullivan!

I was very reluctant to go this route to get a new Medicare plan for 2026 since my plan was the one to cancel renewal for next year. I happened to get their agent Jordan Miller and I have to say, he was the best I have ever had in all my years of coverage Polite, knowledgeable, courteous and all the other things you always hope for in your search! If you want total coverage and just what you are looking for call Jordan. Besides, he is not my relative or ever heard of him before!
