I have ordered a table and two chairs, and I have already sent multiple requests asking to be contacted regarding the delivery date. I have an upcoming trip and need to know whether the delivery will take place while I am still in the country.
However, I have not received any response so far, which is quite disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could provide an update as soon as possible.

Pretty poorly constructed chairs. Two of them with damage right away. No answer to my email regarding that.

Beautifull kitchen stools. Reasonable price. The delivery took more time than expected, but not that much.

I had ordered 4 chairs. We're using three of them and they are comfotable and we really like them.
The fourth chair wasn't originally packed and the screws and everything needed to assemle the chair was missing,
I've written several mails to your service, but there was no reaction up to now.
I would be glad to get the screws and so on to assemble the chair.

This is my first purchase and I am extremely disappointed as the photos do not represent reality...
I have ordered metal chairs (TAVO) and table for outside, the chairs are poorly manufactured, the joints are rough, uneven and visibly cracked which makes the product look low quality and defective.

Very poor customer service.

We logged a return within the 14-day returns period, yet over 20 days after being told the item would be collected, we’ve still had no confirmation from the courier arranged by the company.

We’ve contacted them multiple times to try and get a clear timeframe, but have been told they can’t help — which is completely unacceptable. Nor can they assist with the company name of the courier so we can contact them to arrange collection

Really disappointing experience.

Customer Service is a catastrophe. Items were not delivered, the delivery company just signed on my behalf, no idea where the item is. When turning to customer service they just sent me the proof of delivery with the wrong signature. Although I provided my ID signature nobody acted....when I opended a case in paypal I was told that communication now solely can happen via paypal as I have to chose between communicating with customer service or via paypal, both is not possible (maybe some badly programmed AI behind?) still hope to get my items as the masie really sells nice stuff....but would never order again

Brilliant experience.
The product is well made, high quality materials used, well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. It’s better than I expected as I had only seen it in a magazine. I love it and would thoroughly recommend.
Heavy Smoked glass coffee table with retro looks.

I purchased 4 chairs from The Masie. The chairs had wooden seats and backs. One chair was warped and I had to sit on the seat to apply enough weight to screw it together. Another seat had laminate lifting. I wrote to The Masie Customer Service via email to let them know. I never received a reply.

The packing and quality of the chairs are great, just what we wanted. Expect to wait a few weeks for delivery.

Good looking and good quality

The chairs are amazing! Only problem is, they dont give certain delivery time. You need to stay at home for couple of days. But totally worth the money and waiting!

Ordered an amazing dining table - got a little nervous at first as the communications can be limited, and was being transported from Valencia, however trusted the process, and all arrived perfectly, no issues and a great piece of furniture.
