I'm very happy with this company. From the first contacted their were very professional and correct . By booking the date and bringing samples. Happy with the price we agreed. Quality was very good. Time from ordering to fit them was beat long but not longer than their told me from beginning. I was so happy that after 1 month , I order for my sons house aswell. And now we both enjoy this lovely shutters. Thanks again luxury shutters.

I highly recommend The Luxury Shutter Company! From my initial inquiry to the final installation, the service and professionalism has been first class. Contact and updates from Maisie were excellent, so we knew about appointments and progress of delivery. Brett's knowledge of his products is very good, answering all questions, no matter how small! The installation of shutters in our whole house was expertly done. Nathan tidied up everything after him, leaving no mess or rubbish for us to clear away. Final checks were completed before signing the job off at the end of the day, even working a bit late to ensure that everything was perfect. We are incredibly pleased with the new look of our house.

The company is very articulated and they alway given updates on the job.

Was recommended The Luxury Shutter Company and so glad I was, after 2 other quotes I can’t even compare the service I received in terms of sales experience and knowledge. I was offered exactly what I wanted and with nothing being to much trouble. While the wait for the shutters to arrive is long, but everywhere has the same leadtime, it was worth the wait and the finished product is perfect to finish my new kitchen lounge area. I will be ordering more in the future for the rest of the house.

Im over the moon with my shutters. The windows look fantastic, the shutters complete the rooms so well. I couldn’t let Nathan leave without measuring up for the remaining windows.

Absolute top people to work with. Slight delay with delivery through no fault of their own. Fitter was a top bloke nothing to much trouble for him very personable and cleaned up after himself- spotless.

Amazing communication from the start, Brett coming and sorting the measurements out was quick and easy, Masie with the time frame and the updates and the fitting by Nathan was done very quickly and to a top standard! Highly recommend!
