We are very pleased with our Luxury Pergola. We purchased 12x20 it was shipped and received quickly. After unpacking the boxes I realized that this was a good purchase it was sturdy and elegant. It went together like a glove with little to no issues. Customer service was great. Chase and others were great,I was able to call and get answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend Luxury Pergola.

Having a company that makes a high quality product manufactured in the USA is great! My sales representative was Kyle and he was extremely helpful in the ordering process and with any questions! I called numerous times with questions during the installation process and was really impressed that I was able to talk with someone on every call. My search began for a pergola to complete my outside patio area. There were many brands found online Costco, Hanso, Wayfair etc to name a few. NONE…beat “The Luxury Pergola” for quality, warranty and customer service. I visited the main store and was able to see, touch, operate a pergola and ask any questions. That experience solidified, I would have “No”concerns for 100% satisfaction. Patrick Hill sales assisted me in all aspects from answering all question, purchase completion, delivery and technical assembly questions. We decided on a 12 x 16, bronze with stone louvers. The delivery was quick and without any damage (17 boxes). The online assembly instruction video was clear and assisted from start to finish. I modified my install by adding an electrical outlet on one post for cell phone charging and added LED lighting. The structure is solid, powder coated and will no doubt last for many years. I found no issues of future failure points since most parts are aluminum. I took my time and had a few friends to lift the upper beams in place. I completed everything else with my two teen age boys. Any questions in the process was answered immediately by text or cell call for clarification. My family and friends love the patio addition which completes the outside entertainment space. Before I found "The Luxury Pergola", I had been researching "motorized louvered pergolas" for over 2 years because I wanted something besides a lanai or a screened in room for my outdoor living space here in Florida. I had even had quotes from two separate companies for building this exact same quality of pergola and both were absurdly expensive, way out of my price range so I had almost given up. Then I saw a YouTube video on all the different options in the market with comparisons. It was actually a pretty fair overview so I checked out their website. The Luxury Pergola Co. is family owned and made in the USA so when I spoke with Chase (my excellent rep) by phone, he answered all my questions and even set up an appt for me to go see one nearby that was already built. That made all the difference and I was sold. Chase and the owner of that pergola helped me to navigate through the process! In a world where customer service is rare, I feel truly blessed by the personal care and responsiveness from Chase and am now the owner of a beautiful white 12'x19' luxury pergola! I couldn't be happier!

We have a very sunny patio in our backyard, umbrellas alone was not doing the trick. My husband and I decided that we need a 'structure' in order for the patio to be more usable, especially in the middle of summer. I did a ton or research, and yes, there are many products on the market. Some are of equal quality and grade as The Luxury Pergola but cost twice as much, others are more cost effective but simply not up to par on quality in my opinion. We made a decision to go with The Luxury Pergola for 3 reasons: Quality of the product, Value of the product, and it's made in the USA with a short lead time in comparison to others that come from overseas. As great of a product as you can have, one cannot say enough about 'front of the house' and customer experience. Our sales person was Patrick. Patrick walked me through the types of pergola that is best for our climate, sizes, as well as accessory options. He was very patient with Q&A, (I had lots of questions) sent along spec sheets, and other technical information (I am an architect and need to know how this product comes together). The ordering process was so easy and quick. Our pergola - yes there were 17 boxes - was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. The only caveat is you need to have 2 strong persons to help the driver unload the truck. We hired a local installer, who was also fantastic with his crew, the pergola was up within 3 days ( we had a rain delay one day). Thanks to Patrick again, who made himself available during installation when there were questions, he was responsive and quick to help with answers. The final verdict: We absolutely LOVE our pergola. The entire experience was painless and actually enjoyable.

Patrick was very helpful in helping us size the right Pergola and get all the details in order. When it arrived, we were able to put it up immediately. Delivery turn around time was very short and that was very impressive.
The bonus is that it is made in America!

First, I was very pleased that our pergola arrived within just a few weeks of order. Everything was very well packaged and everything was there. It's clear that there was attention to quality control in the preparation and shipment of our pergola, which is a custom size. There were more than enough screws, caulk and touch up paint. Customer service was excellent: Chase Bess was very responsive and supportive whenever I had a question. The first thing I asked for before starting assembly was a schematic drawing of the post layout. Chase provided that within a few hours and it proved to be invaluable. Having that allowed me to place the six posts for an 8x30 pergola PERFECTLY. I suggest you provide that for all your pergolas. I really like the structure of the posts; they are of high quality and very structurally sound. The biggest challenge was the placement of the 30' beams, composed of two 15 foots sections joined in the middle. Despite your claim in a video that the two sections can be joined and then put in place, that proved to be COMPLETELY UNTENABLE because the connection is just not sufficiently rigid. We ended up raising the two 15 foot sections separately, connecting them while resting on top of the middle post and then turning the assembly 90 degrees to fit into place. Also, while it's apparent once assembled it was not obvious at first that the 30 foot pergola is essentially a combination of two 15 foot pergolas, and that each should have its own gutter drainage point. The company has put a lot of effort into producing instructional videos, which are helpful. Nonetheless I think a printed "tip sheet" would be helpful as a ready reference that could provide things like the following:
- a list of screws and where they are used
- a drawing of the corner assemblies
- pointer that on composite pergolas each section gets its own drainage point
- schematic for post placement based on pergola size

When I called for a price Patric said they were 4 Weeks out .. He talk me into the purchase it .. one day later he tells me he can ship it out the next Tuesday.. okay great .. We put it up and some wires were off the module so I called him Saturday and sent me the instructions where the wires went in that conversation he asked me if I got a email . I said I didn’t look ..I would be getting money back because they are giving rebates back ..we we’re installing the base molding and the little aluminum L brackets broke very poorly designed… I called him to get more and I asked if they put my credit on a card or are they sending me a check …. He said he got me confused with someone else .. he lies …

A product is only as good as the service behind it. Delivery was a nightmare. I was told I had to unload the 16000 lbs from the truck. I have yet to find an installer. The one recommended by salesman showed up and knew nothing about installing this particular pergola. Story not over since it is not up yet. I suggest you have everything lined up especially the delivery ahead of time. The video support is great but you still need the people to do it.

I could not be more pleased. I am sitting under our 12x12 pergola as I write this review. We use it everyday. Patrick was a great help throughout the process. Answered so many questions. The pergola is extremely solid. And loos great on our deck. Will probably add a sunscreen in the future. Could not be more pleased.

The pergola is fantastic. Easy to assemble.
Cons. Missing 2 anchor bolts had to make a store run to finish that part. The directions are good but need a little more detail. Did not see detail on attaching the crown trim. Figured it out. The delivery was OK, the driver pulled onto my neighbors grass and tore it maneuvering to back into my driveway. I owe them some repair work.

When I started looking at Pergola's for my home there were so many to shop from. I then came across Luxury Pergola doing a Google search. There was no comparison that the others offered that could measure up to Luxury Pergola. The wind threshold, the snow load, etc. So I watched the video that was so well explained for installing. I then called and spoke to Brendon on one occasion and Chase on another occasion who gave me detailed info. So when it was time to call and make a purchase I spoke to Patrick Hill. Patrick helped me with choosing the right Pergola for my geographic area. I wanted to get the Magnum or at least the Luxury. Patrick said he would be happy to sell me the higher cost one but explained the difference in them between the 3. When it was done I purchased the Pro since the others would be for bad weather areas (hurricanes, tornadoes). Patrick did tell me that I could put deeper anchors in but that 3 inch were fine. He told me the brand of anchor and I purchased the 6 inch locally just so I would feel better myself. When it was time to deliver to me Patrick let me know when the truck was leaving and an ETA since I was their first stop. It was an easy unload by myself and the driver which only took 10 or 15 minutes. Then came the install. I hired some local contractors and although they watched the video on how to install both them and myself had a couple questions. So I called and texted Patrick during installation and he had the answer right away along with any suggestions. As the crew worked into the late afternoon Patrick was leaving work to go golfing and was still speaking to me on his way. Patrick then told me to call or text with any other questions and he would answer me while out on the golf course. Luckily I did not have any more questions and Patrick was able to enjoy himself. I can't say enough about the whole team at Luxury Pergola. But, Patrick was head and shoulders above any customer service experience that I have ever encountered. Thank you very much.

Also, the contractors who installed the Pergola said that they have installed a bunch of Pergolas but this was the nicest and more sturdy than anything they have seen or installed.

Very satisfied with the product will stand up to the elements, strong winds that you get off of Lake Surface and sometimes heavy snow loads. Great installation video.

We purchased the 12x16 pergula and it looks absolutely amazing! We feel very lucky to have found the Luxury Pergula. We appreciated the videos on YouTube and we thought this was the best way to see how to build this monster of a pergula. I cannot imagine putting it up with a written manual. This is the best decision we have made for our backyard - beautiful and made to last pergula. Also, they have the best customer service (shout out to Chase, who answered all of our questions and was there for us not only to help us choose the right size but also to help during the instalation and even after). Standing underneath our pergula as I am writing this review, I feel a sense of pride to say that we were able to put together something so sturdy and beautiful.

Absolutely amazing product and customer service! Chase gave us easily the best customer service we have received from a company ever. He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. Thank you again to Chase and the team! We are very happy with our new pergola!

I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.

Communication and following up with their clients in timely manner. Whenever I had a questions, they responded quickly. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! I highly recommend luxury pergola. Their customer service, produce design and work ethics are great! We had a great experience working with them.

Simply put, quality product made to last.coupled with great customer service. Chase was readily available for questions. And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!
