The Luxury pergola is extremely high…
The Luxury pergola is extremely high quality. We unfortunately had a medium size tree fall and hit the pergola and only the trim to one side of the roof was damaged. We got replacements from Luxury Pergola and it is good as new. The company provided excellent customer service as well and even proactively followed up with me a month later to make sure everything was still going well.

Enjoying the pergola every day.
We wanted the easy maintenance of an aluminum pergola, but were concerned about the impact of high winds. We live on acreage in open country. This Luxury Pergola isn't flying anywhere. It is stout!
Our build was a little tricky, a Super Pergola made up of 12x17, 12x20 and 12x11 pergolas. Between the printed manual, instructional videos and tech support from Patrick Hill we have a top tier structure. It adds dimension and interest to our simple dog trot house.
No more harsh morning sun in our kitchen, but we still have a grand view. Now we use our deck on a daily basis. It was a bit of a waste before the pergola.
This pergola is a luxury indulgence that we don't regret.

Customer service and a well made product. From initial contact through the design process and the purchase process was very smooth. Once the product arrived on site assembly was easy and questions were answered promptly. Ending up with start to finish completed in one day. Yes it was two old guys putting it together. One side was attached to the house and all questions were answered promptly. The luxury pergola even put me in touch with one of there install pro’s who helped me understand the process of attaching to the home and gave me a few tips, making it easy. Upon completion we have received many compliments on the overall all look and design adding additional curb appeal to our home.

Very happy with my purchase of a Luxury Pergola Super Pergola
I purchased a Super Pergola (20'X16') and am very pleased with the overall quality of construction and ease of assembly. While there may be cheaper brands than Luxury Pergola, the difference in cost is easily justified when comparing the quality and strength of the Luxury Pergola. A Luxury Pergola will last a lifetime and will be the focal point of any backyard. The pergola was easy to assemble due to the great engineering of the pergola and excellent YouTube instructional videos. The Luxury Pergola Support team was also super helpful. Here's a pro tip, rent a Material Lift from Home Depot for $86 a day. I was able to lift and secure all of my beams in a day by myself. Also, this was my first time building a pergola and I would rate myself as an average senior DIYer. I completed most of the build by myself with some assistance from my wife.

Samples were sent to us and we liked the quality of the product. The team at Luxury Pergola was responsive and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. When we made a design change they were flexible and issued our refund of the difference ($500) without a hassle. They also gave us a 10% discount on the entire order when I requested a better deal!

high-wind area
I live in a high-wind area and was very concerned that this pergola would be sturdy. There is no problem in that category. This pergola is extremely sturdy. It far exceeded my expectations.
The installation video and instructions were easy to understand. The sales and support team were always available (even nights and weekends). They couldn't have done more to help me.
You will need at least one other person to help with the heavy lifting.
It looks great and I couldn't be happier!

Quality Pergola
Quality material used in the fabrication process. Installation instructions were very helpful and all components were properly marked, which aided immensely in the construction of the pergola. Also, no detail was missed right down to the fastners, caulk, touch up paint, and screwdriver attachments. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and treated us with respect and professionalism. Delivery was seamless and on time.

Beautiful and strong
Our lake side deck can get very windy with a lot of snow in the winter months and we wanted the strongest pergola possible to span the full 20 feet. So far the pergola has been rock solid and believe it will far outlast anything else available in these conditions. I really liked how well the kit was laid out and that it came with extras and important tools. There's a TON of packaging but tried to recycle most of it. My son and I were able to assemble it over a few days with the majority of the time spent on customizations we made for our unique circumstances that most won't likely do such as shortening the posts slightly to match our window height. We've been enjoying it ever since. The black matches the key-link cable railing perfectly and we were able to integrate the pergola posts for a seamless install. Maybe one small fix I would recommend is gluing the slat sealing strips in place as they slide in their tracks in high winds. Other than that, I can't recommend this pergola enough!

Poolside Oasis
I wanted to get a pergola (18x12) that was not only sturdy but also had all the custom trimming. That's what I found in The Luxury Pergola. The delivery process was great and everything was labeled according to the invoice. I decided to tackle the project myself because it was hard to find a reasonable contractor. With the help of 2 friends, I was able to build the pergola using the easy to follow video detailed by the company. I also received quick responses from Patrick Hill to questions during and after the install. He is very knowledgeable. Overall, I recommend The Luxury Pergola. It really completes my poolside oasis.

Best Pergola Overall
The Luxury Pergola company is great. Their customer service is top notch. Most companies have little to no customer service these days. I had all my questions answered & linked to videos to help me. I spent a long time comparing pergolas. They are not cheap, but neither is their product! Neighbors & friends had pergolas that did not stand up to the wind gusts we sometimes get. Spend the money up front for quality & you can't go wrong. The lifetime warranty CAN NOT be beat!

Excellent experience with Luxury Pergola. We did extensive research on multiple companies. Their product is heavier then the others and from what we investigated the powder coating is superior. We even looked into the benefit of how their coating is applied. All of their products (except screws) are made in the USA which gave us more confidence in their products. When we had any questions regarding delivery or construction Patrick Hill from the company either answered or called us right back. Customer service was above & beyond proving it was not a big conglomerate corporation.

When I found this Company, I called for a quote Chase the sales person immediately gave me a ton of information about their product and was able to give me a price right away to make my decision price was exactly what I was looking to spend. I couldn’t believe I was able to buy direct Through the manufacture. And save so much money. Also I was happy to hear that the product was made here in the USA using high-quality material and also I was very happy about direct shipping to the consumer versus going to a shipping company and worrying about boxes getting damaged and having to put a claim in delivery was actually very well coordinated. I would get text messages from the driver telling me exactly when and what time approximately they will be arriving. I had no problem helping him unload the truck. when my Pergola was installed, the person that I use locally to do the installation was very impressed with the product step-by-step. instructions and Video were given to me. My installer said that he would definitely use this company in the future for his customers, I was also happy with the finish powder coating paint on the product. My wife and I are truly satisfied with our experience. I would highly recommend the luxury Pergola company.
