The Luxury Pergola Reviews 

We don't typically write reviews on anything, but given the quality of the Luxury Pergola product, the overall complexity of our project, and the phenomenal guidance and support we received from our contact Chase Bess, we wanted to share our experience to others who are evaluating which pergola provider to work with.

We found Luxury Pergola online as we initiated a large backyard renovation where the 20ft x 20ft pergola was going to be a focal point of the entire project. While not the most expensive provider we evaluated, Luxury Pergola represented a very sizable investment (for us) and we soon discovered that our project pricing was commensurate with initial white glove design and planning support, top of the line quality in terms of building materials, and a dedicated and responsive level of support post the completion of our project.

From our initial call with Chase Bess where he answered every single question we had about all the design options, materials, finishes, functionality, and how best to ultimately fit the pergola to the non-standard deck/space we were building around, it was evident that Chase was really invested in Luxury Pergola and helping us make the right decisions on how best to move forward.

After several design calls, we had our ideal pergola that perfectly fit our space and budget. It was a big investment, but we were ready to go! When the delivery arrived at our house (35 separate boxes), our general contractor was amazed at the quality of materials. We had a couple of minor questions as our contractor went through the three day install of the pergola at our house. Chase was available for two direct calls with our contractor to confirm technical details (that we had no idea about). The entire install process had a level of ongoing support you seldom receive from any company these days.

Upon the completed install, our pergola exceeded all our expectations in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Everyone who has come to our deck area (20ft x 20ft) which includes the pergola, has gushed about how amazing it looks. It's really a show stopper and just makes our entire backyard the perfect experience we were hoping for.

Bonus points for Luxury Pergola: Fast forward three months after we finished our install and we suddenly had an unexpected issue with the opening and closing of our louvres. We were worried that our contractor or electrician may have done something incorrectly, so we called Chase with our issue. Again, this is three months after we finished the project when most companies don't want anything to do with you. Chase immediately called us back, and via Facetime he personally evaluated all the potential issues (he wasn't overly concerned at all!). After about three minutes we found the issue being a loose zip tie that had slid down and was impacting the programing button within our control box. A quick tweak and we were back fully operational. Thank you Chase!!

As you evaluate the multitude of options out there on the market for pergolas, we highly recommend Luxury Pergola on all fronts. You 100% get what you pay for and we couldn't be more happy with our decision to partner with Luxury Pergola on this beautiful addition to our home!

Purchased a 12 x 16 pergola this summer. Really great experience and solid product. Patrick helped me through the whole process. I needed to back and forth with my city building department to get a permit and Patrick helped me get multiple items they requested such as detailed engineering calculations.

Delivery experience was also great. It shipped quickly and everything was well packed.

The product is extremely well built and a lot of thought went into making the assembly process smooth for a DIYer. Very pleased with the result.

I had paid for a different pergola at a cheaper price and canceled it 18 hours afterwards to buy this one. Best decision I made as this was so much better quality, and company couldn't do enough for you. Secret is finding a good contractor for installation as I did much of it myself which I didn't want to do.

It was easy to build and functions great. Can't say enough positive things!

The Luxury Pergola is an over-engineered marvel. It is delivered quickly, easy to put together and built to withstand the elements. The liaison called me to make arrangements to move up the delivery time, confirmed my choices and followed up. If you watch the installation videos on youtube, the process is very simple. It took me 3 hours to put up the main structure with help from 2 friens

This was a large purchase and we did much research of other high end pergola brands before selecting Luxury Pergola. Our experience was outstanding with this company which started with working with a knowledgeable, responsive associate who provided exceptional customer service, likely the best online customer service ever. His technical knowledge, responsiveness to our questions, assistance with product installers, and communication throughout the process was impressive. We can’t say enough about the customer service part of the process. And the product quality, clean-line design and functionality is exceptional. It looks beautiful and provides the shade we needed. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and we love it! Highly recommend.

Their customer service quickly answered detailed questions prior to my purchase, called and corrected an ordering inconsistency on my submitted order, and made sure my delivery date fit my schedule. The product is well constructed, vastly domestic, easy to assemble, and included extra material to ensure enough to complete construction. The instructions for assembly, when using the print and video resources allow for a comprehensive review of nearly all aspects of the assembly.

Looking for a pergola I had many questions to justify spending up from the inexpensive big box and Amazon pergolas. This lead me to the very expensive Structure pergola but hey in the end it is a metal roof that will not keep anything underneath dry when it rains. In my search I found The Luxury Pergola and started communicating with Patrick. He answered all my many questions regarding load, weight, wind, structural integrity relating to mounting on piers and many others. The purpose for a pergola for me was to keep out of the blazing sun when making breakfast lunch or dinner using outdoor kitchen.
In the event of a light rain keep me relatively dry. Since the pergola was immediately next to my Lanai I wanted to be able to open the roof when using smoker. The luxury pergola checked all the boxes the service provided by Patrick and team was as good as you could want. The pergola was delivered when I wanted it and delivery was also top notch. I had a contractor do the assembly and the instructions and product fit were the best he had ever seen. The pergola is solid strong well made powder coating is outstanding.
Doing it over again I would purchase from The Luxury Pergola again.

After two years of researching pergolas, I replaced my heavy duty ROTTING cedar pergola with a 12' x 16' Luxury Pergola! I LOVE IT! It is very sturdy, easy to assemble and comes with all the customer support needed. They do a great job with shipping and coordinating the arrival date and time. One minor detail that I didn't realize until the day before delivery is that you have to UNLOAD the product. My neighbor and I both bought pergolas and were delivered on the same day, so we helped each other unload our pergolas...it wasn't pretty, but two women in their 60's got it done! I hired two handymen to assemble..simply uploaded the assembly video on my laptop and went step by step! I love the fact it will never rot, it looks contemporary and the louvers are remote controlled. I close my louvers in the afternoon to help shade my lanai and great room. It makes a big difference in the summer heat. I also added a ceiling fan which makes it even more enjoyable and plan to add 110V LED strip lights in the near future! I pulled the electrical wires for the ceiling fan and future LED lighting through the post when I ran the louver motor wire during assembly. I'm so happy I spent the time to research pergolas and made the decision to go with Luxury Pergola! Well worth the expense and would definitely do it again!

This is a quality product. We purchased a 12x14 and a sunshade for one side. Directions were accurate. Shipping was our only issue with one item being forgotten in our original shipment, however, we were able to reach someone and have the issue resolved quickly. Response times are fast and everyone was helpful.

Very happy with total package, I installed a 10x14 on my deck. Worked out perfect for my needs.
