Perfect.
I was after a very specific watch. I had my heart set on it. I knew exactly how much I wanted to spend. And, I literally "hunted" my beautiful new time piece down. The Luxury Hut happened to have my exact watch. I contacted them on Saturday and my new watch arrived exactly as described on the Tuesday. Communication was great. But, the watch is absolutely stunning. It fits perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful experience. No doubt I will be back!

Disappointed
Disappointed. Called and spoke to sales team prior to purchase of watch which was described as excellent condition good photos on website, so I made the purchase, however upon receipt of it there was damage to strap clasp with a huge 1cm + scratch and other dents and also scratches to the ceramic bezel. These were not noted in the description or visible in any photos on the website, this leads me to assume either the photos are not that of the watch i was sold or the care taken when handling and shipping products isn’t what it should be. Product returned for refund.The staff I spoke to were helpful and apologetic, ultimately though I didn’t get what I wanted or expected.

Exceptional service & an overall excellent experience
Having bought a number of watches over the years and having had mixed experiences I was cautious when approaching The Luxury Hut as I had not dealt with the company before. What a breath of fresh air they are, open and honest and no undue pressure just a pleasurable experience from the first contact through to receiving my watch. I was supported fantastically by Cheryl and Jack they are a credit to the company , the watch was described honestly and accurately & the whole transaction was dealt with very smoothly and supported by WhatsApp which provided the perfect platform for accurate and timely communication. Would I buy from them again? Yes, absolutely.

I had a superb experience buying my watch from Cheryl and Jack. From the first WhatsApp message, they were friendly, helpful, and never pushy.
At my appointment, Jack talked me through three options and fully supported my choice—even though I chose the least expensive option. That honest, customer-focused approach was really refreshing.
I left with a great timepiece and a smart watch holder for the watch I was wearing, which was a lovely extra touch.

I had seen a rolex 126334 watch online and went to their showroom in hatton gardens. I bought a watch from the luxury hut a few days ago and I was very impressed by their customer service.
