Great advice about which games to choose for my 3 year old. Super fast delivery!

I purchased a game from their online store.

The price of the game that I bought was by far the cheapest available. I took a look at the rest if their range and I couldn't find anything that wasn't available cheaper elsewhere. They're a small business so this is understandable, but as a consumer I'm looking for the best deal. 5 star rating for the price of the game.

Delivery speed was reasonable but not great - it took a few days for the game to be dispatched. Many retailers dispatch almost immediately. Again, they're a small business so I get it, but I like my purchases to be dispatched quickly. 4 star rating for the dispatch speed.

The way the game was packaged was very poor. It was a large game and because they didn't have a cardboard box that was big enough, they tried to make one with cardboard and packing tape. When I recieved the package, parts of it had fallen apart and I could see the game through the holes. Everything was fine and the game was intact, but on another occasion it might have been damaged. 2 star rating for the packaging.

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Ludoquist and would buy from them again if the price was competitive. They need to take greater care with their packaging though.

1st time visit and what a lovely day out. This is a must if you love boardgames. Let's start with food and snacks though. Food quality was amazing, selection of food and drink is awesome and fairly priced...alcohol available if you want it, coffees teams and soft drinks if you dont. A good choice of hot and cold food, again, all reasonably priced. Now onto board games... there's a huge array of board games- for all ages too. (I'll be revisiting with my children next time). We did have a few issues with ripped or missing instructions (which would be my only very minor critique- more could be done with regards to upkeep and maintenance of the board games) but staff members where happy to sit with you and explain the rules and walk you through a game and that would be a huge positive - happy, helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. At The end of our visit we had a mooch around the shop where they have a good selection of games to buy. Overall a wonderful day and I will be going back very soon

We come to Ludoquist at least once or twice a month, it's a fabulous place, great choice of games, good food and drinks at reasonable prices, friendly staff. Hoping it will continue operating for many years to come :)

Arrived super quick and exactly what I needed

Love that these guys do a subscription service for Marvel Champions when each cycle comes out. Very handy. There was a very minor hiccup with my latest cards but they more than made up for by including some promo cards. Love that they keep you in the loop if there are any problems and always keep you up to date with new releases. Customer service is fantastic.

Fast delivery, competitively priced

I've been to this place a few times now, and I love it. First time I went in, the staff was friendly and greeted me well. They have a great selection of pizzas and pastas for a very good price. I would recommend this place to anyone who is around the area.

Delivered in good condition and quickly.
The price was fair. I had no real contact as everything went smoothly.
