Game that was sent was the wrong edition. Picture on site is of a Catan Cities and Knights 5th edition and description did not mention which edition it was (so you assume the one in the picture). I received a 6th edition with cards that dont match my 5th gen base game. I picked this so I didn't need to get replacement cards, which I have now had to buy. Although not a missive issue, the 6th edition can be found cheaper elsewhere so would probably have bought somewhere else, to save some money to go towards buying the extra matching resource cards.
I also responded with these issues where it said on the delivery email. I have had no response.
The delivery was timely and packaging was good so 1 star added for that but the other issues have made this a pretty poor overall customer experience.

I'm so sorry about this. I discussed your issue with my colleague on Friday and we were due to reply with an email offering a full refund on return (at our cost). That email didn't go over the weekend as it should have :(.
I assume that you have now opened it? If so, we would like to refund you the cost of the 5E cards so you are at least not out of pocket for those. My colleague will be emailing shortly to reply - if you could send us a receipt we'll get that arranged straightaway; please feel free to copy in my personal email address nick@ludoquist.com as well.
We've already amended the text on our Catan descriptions to accurately reflect the correct Edition so noone else will have this issue going forward (Changing pictures will take a little more time).

As expected
This was the only place that had the game I was looking for in stock. Quick delivery (5 days including a weekend) and no problems to note. I'm likely to order with them again in the future.

I have yet to receive the order
Quick update to this review: my order still hasn't been delivered, which is especially annoying as I'm rapidly running out of time to use my order to prep for running a game. As much as I try to avoid it I think I'm gonna have to go back to just using Amazon.
The delivery cost was refunded though which was a nice gesture.

Were really sorry this took a while to dispatch to you - we typically send Monday Wednesday Friday, but because of the Bank Holiday weekend this didn't go out till Wednesday. It's Royal Mail 48 hours so we would expect it to be with you some time today or tomorrow.
When you emailed us this morning (Friday) my colleague Pete replied within a couple hours so you should have that - perhaps it's in your spam?

Swift well-packaged delivery
Swift well-packaged delivery of separate products immediately after their releases. Only downside is a lack of shipping notification - I only knew products were coming because of being signed up to their product line mailing list and social media - but that's relatively minor when the delivery is so prompt!
