The quality is ok
The quality is ok, but not as good as I expected for the price. The packaging was disappointing. Although I very much approve of parcels being as small as possible, this one snugly fit the inner box, which was crumpled and dented as a result. Which was too bad as the socks were supposed to be a gift. All in all i like the socks but I probably won’t order again.

In the meantime, we'd recommend washing inside out on a cool, gentle cycle — this helps preserve the colours for longer.

The socks were great
The socks were great! They were given to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved them. The only thing that was confusing was the delivery. I linked it to my Shop and the entire time it said “retrieving details”. The order arrived perfectly but without any notice or email or notification that it was out for delivery or on its way.

I am very disappointed with my order
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered the Golf giftbox, but after washing them just once, 1 pair was already damaged. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability.
I contacted customer service about this issue and even sent a follow-up email, but I never received any response. For a company selling products at this price point, I believe it is reasonable to expect both better product quality and a customer service team that actually helps when problems arise.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to order again.
Update: After the response from The London Sock Exchange, I sent two more emails to customer service. I still haven’t heard anything and haven’t been helped.
