Shipment was sent to another city and nothing could be done to redirect it to me. One initial robot answered that they would revert with a conclusion the next week but then silence. Courier sent the parcel back to sender.
Order paid, not sure if I will be reimbursed or not at this point…

As we've discussed with you by email, it appears the courier incorrectly routed the parcel, and unfortunately it wasn't possible to redirect it once it was in transit. We completely understand how disappointing that was.

My grandson was thrilled to get these rowing socks! He is a graduating high-school senior and a National Champion rower, too! He is going to college and will continue rowing for his university.
