I order from this company every month I've subscribed to their monthly box! I have never been disappointed yet. Their packaging is lush, easy to fit through the letter box if your not in too.

I love this site and company always…
I love this site and company always been so helpful and amazing with communication and products. I havent ordered in a while and thought I would treat myself and placed a order. I understand situations are hard for everyone at the moment but I havent recieved a shipment email and have also just messaged to ask for a update don't mind waiting I'd given a reason but no reply. Hopefully I recieve my order soon as always enjoy melting the melts.

Hey, as always we try to reply as quickly as possible but due to issues the last 2 weeks we have been slower replying to messages and emails. I managed to get a reply over to you this evening explains the delay and to update you on the order being ready for shipping first thing on Monday.
Sorry the service has fallen short of the usual standards since you returned to us, we will improve asap to get back to where we were as a business before the world started changing again

The best I’ve found

I have become a little wax box customer…
I have become a little wax box customer for some time now and the scents are amazing so much so that a day doesn’t go buy when I am not burning one but today I messaged them about something and the response/outcome was simply amazing! Small companies like this need to be supported so we don’t lose them, so if it’s something you are considering then do it, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
