Warped calender
Calendar arrived damp and warped with a dog eared corners, not impressed at all...surely you would have worked out better protection during transit? £24 ! In the bin , NOT happy at all !!!

I'm so sorry that the calendar arrived in less than the perfect state it was sent in, the packaging used has not had issues in the past. I've just double checked messages and emails and I don't appear to have received anything from you about this damage, so have not been given the opportunity to resolve the situation for you, prior to you posting this review. If you could email photographs of the damage to the calendar (and packaging if you still have it) then I can see what can be done. It's difficult to satisfactorily resolve problems when I don't know about them. Thanks, Matt

Fab customer service 😊
The sign I ordered as a gift looks great and was well packaged.
The courier service app had a hitch (not Letter Arty's fault) which meant I was not able to query and track my delivery and Matt answered my 'help' email very quickly and immediately chased up my parcel for me. Excellent customer service and a great product 😊
