Placed an order just before the Christmas holidays, and decided before it was dispatched that I wanted to amend the order to add additional items. I dropped the Journey Centre an email and got a prompt and helpful reply, the revised order was then dispatched quickly (despite the festive period and Royal Mail strikes) and received in good time. All as expected. Faultless service!

Went too look after a recommendation wasn't disappointed great selection and knowledgeable stafff answer all question i ask ... i purchased there and then and also had the part fitted for me .. THANK YOU

Great product fast delivery and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and explained how to take the measurements. Definitely recommend

Having purchased a Thule Roof-box and wing bar system for my car 4 years ago and been delighted with the products and service I called in today to see what was needed for our new car. Unfortunately all new bars and fittings were needed but were in stock and we we able to walk away with them that day. When enquiring about fitting costs I was told the new Thule bars were dead easy to fit and was given a demonstration. Went home and within 30 minutes had them assembled and on the roof. Great friendly local service at a competitive price. If you are looking for roof bars or a roof box don’t look beyond Thule and the Journey Centre.

I was let down (seemingly like some others!) by a bigger well known shop. I found the Journey Centre with a quick google and made the trip to their new place in Attercliffe in Sheffield.

Professional, accommodating, incredibly knowledgeable and keen to sell the right product for me, not just the most expensive one. I had my Thule roof bars and roof box fitted by this company with absolutely no issues and a thorough explanation and demonstration means I’m able to do the same myself in future.

All the above rounded off with the reminder as I left that I can call anytime in future if I have any questions or concerns.

10/10 would recommend The Journey Centre to anyone wanting a well stocked, knowledgeable provider with excellent customer service.

Like others, I'd been let down by another (well-known) supplier and found The Journey Centre via a bit of a search.

What a refreshing change to speak to people who actually care about their customers!

A couple of emails and a phone call was all it took to work through some kit options, check stock (actual, real stock!) and get things organised.

Wish I'd found this company a few weeks ago! Will definitely be using them again.

Update 09/12/25:

Once again, The Journey Centre managed to excel when others failed miserably. I found a Thule part elsewhere online that was marked "in stock".. only to be told a week later that it was on back-order and the shipping notification they'd sent was "a mistake".

Then I remembered how good these guys were in the past, so tried them instead. I was expecting them to say that it was on back order, but that's fine - I decided I'd rather give my money to an honest company and wait, than be strung along by rubbish companies... but to my surprise, Will emailed me to say that they have stock and it's on the way!

So, my message is: Don't make my mistake, just go to The Journey Centre first and get treated properly.

Having been let down by another supplier I found The Journey Centre on the Thule website. I needed roof bars and four cycle carriers for my XC60. Having looked on their website I called to check stock and they had stock of the items I needed (when so many other companies I called where out of stock).

I spoke to Ralph who was brilliant; he was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly so I decided to drive to collect the bars and carriers that day. On collecting the pieces he advised on all the most common questions when fitting - which definitely saved me some head scratching later that day!

I would highly recommend The Journey Centre, they are straightforward and really easy to deal with. All in all a great experience!! Five stars.

From the moment we made an enquiry about purchasing a bike rack for our motorhome the staff (two gentlmen) were amazing very professional. Did not try to force the purchase on us told us the honest truth that due to the current situation they may not be able to guarantee delivery as quoted, but as they knew we needed it ASAP they tried their best to rush order through). It came on time thank you a very knowledgeable and professional company to use. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, Simon who I spoke with on the phone was both knowledgable and extremely helpful.
Price wise they were competitive too.
