Infinite Loop offered me great repairs and amazing customer service at a much cheaper price than I was expecting to pay at Apple. I spilled liquid all over my MacBook pro and took it to them the next morning, paying for express was definitely worth it as they looked at my laptop within the day and repaired it over the next couple days. They have different payment options to help you out, like pay in 3. And everything was fast, simple, and professional. Thank you!

I paid for a repair to my partners old iPod classic. Infinite loop replaced the battery and software and it is now working perfectly. Infinite loop gave me a quote for the works needed, and kept me informed of the progress once I had confirmed for them to undertake the work. I first used Infinite Loop about 5 years ago when my 2012 27 inch Imac was getting slow. They replaced the hard drive with two SSD drives and transformed the computer. I have just bought a Mac mini and I wanted to pass the Imac on to someone else. They removed all the confidential information so that I could pass on the computer without experiencing the wrath of the ICO. Thanks Infinite Loop.
