Brilliant service from start to finish.weve been waiting so long for a hot tub, was rather nervous it wouldn’t fit through the gate etc. On arrival the team reassured us nothing was a problem or an obstacle.
Delivery- Kept me informed throughout with plenty off updates
Installation- Proffesional and friendly team.,made sure the hot tub eased through the gate. Discussed which way we wanted the seats facing & lift cover. We had a plug and play came with a long real of cable so made sure it would reach anywhere. Went through the instructions chemicals and operation. With some handy tips.
After care- Sent a WhatsApp quick guide again & followed up the next day. Will be purchasing my chemicals &booking my services with this team. EXCELLENT 5 stars
