Our company always responds to any question in period of 1 working day. Our own made wood fired heaters (also commonly referred to as ovens) are made of high-quality stainless steel (type of quality: 304) that is resistant to a solid or soft water, as well to chlorine. We can produce any size of a hot tub in period of one working day or a week. Our factory keeps constantly approximately 10 models of already finished hot tubs in our factory, therefore we are able to delivere the goods to our custumers faster than others. All our products according to EU requirements have 2 year warranty. But in most cases we provide waranty for the whole period of use. We manufacture Plastic hot tubs; Wooden hot tubs; Fiberglass hot tubs; Ofuro baths; Saunas; BBQ - Grills; Stoves.

Bad quality, bought 2 hot tubs. Both have totally broken fireplaces after one season. Welds are made wrong, material is bad quality, not possible to repair. Company does not answer phone or mail. Not possible to order replacement. Do not do business with these guys.warning!!
poor communication from the company, worst thing was discovering they had taken payment in GBP instead of Euro. I placed my order on 09/04/2025 and received a refund 12/07/25. I feel I had a very poor experience with this company, thankfully I paid using paypal and they managed to get me a full refund.

Sent enquiries through email and also through their website and nothing. If this is the way they do business then I will just avoid using them. 1 star is being over generous.
I purchased a tub heater. Took much longer to arrive than the website says. Then I had to get it repaired in two places. Next a seam or something inside has started to leak spraying water all over what I try to burn. Asked for a refund. Now being ignored. Off to court.

I'm writing this to save other people the trouble we have had with this company.
We purchased an Ofuro tub and external stainless boiler. The company was very efficient at taking our order and chasing up their money. Communications went downhill from that point.
The stainless boiler has a shocking design fault: when it rains, the flue box in the back of the stove fills up with water which cannot escape, leading to the smoke not being able to pass up the flue and consequently the stove smoking from the front door. I reported this to the company and when they eventually admitted that this was an older design (I only bough this in January 2019!) they said they were entitled to change the design and nobody else had complained!!! Not the most enlightened approach to customer service.... When I asked for our money back / replacement I had to threaten them with reporting them to trading standards in Latvia (using EU consumer protection rights) before they took me more seriously. But they broke off communication when we asked for them to cover the collection/delivery costs of a new boiler, as we are entitled to. We are still waiting....
In the mean time, a 20mm gelcoat bubble has cracked open in the fibreglass lining of the tub itself - a manufacturing fault resulting from careless laying up of the glass fibre cloth used to make the tub. I haven't bothered reporting this. I've just learned that this company offers poor design, poor manufacture and poor service. One of life's regrettable purchases. Buyer beware.
