The Hosting Heroes - Name says it all!
I have been with The Hosting Heroes since the merged with urevised.com and have had lots of contact with various members of the team and they have ALWAYS been amazing to deal with.
I am not the most tech savvy person when it comes to web stuff but the folks at THH have been amazing.
There may be bigger and more established companies doing what these guys are doing but they cant provide the personal touch that these folks do on a daily basis.

I have a number of websites with Hosting Heroes because of their support;
Originally with EZPZ Hosting and have been using Hosting Heroes since they merged: good service and really helpful and speedy support. And I never feel I'm being 'talked down to' if I ask a daft question. I always recommend this company to people looking for web hosting.

Simple basic service that works
I only have a simple email hosting which was easy to set up. The domain transfer was a bit tricky but that was my fault, however the support ticket responses relied a bit too much on what looked like stock answers rather than actually answering all my questions. I did get it all working in the end though and it seems to be working so far!

Hosting for Heroes- the clue is in the name!
I've been with Hosting Heroes for my business since they started many years ago (albeit under a different name then) and the customer support has remained second to none, immediate and personal as they have grown. I couldn't recommend their services more highly.
