Liz is a wealth of knowledge and her passion and wisdom on Herbalism and wellness is so contagious. It was an absolute joy to attend her children's sessions with my kids and they learned so much from Liz. My children are now such confident foragers and love being able to name some of the plants they've learned about with Liz.
Liz is a wonderful host and teacher. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the herbal evenings I have attended. She makes you feel very welcome, answers all your questions, shares her love of plants and their amazing benefits. I would highly recommend her courses. I went along to a seaweed foraging evening and had a brilliant time - completely exceeded expectations! Great activities with plenty to take home and delicious seaweed snacks to try.

We had a lovely time at the seaweed hebology workshop at the Scottish Seabird centre. It was perfect pitched for complete beginners and more experienced people allike. Getting some little take home goodies meant that the experience keeps on giving :)
