Having attended sessions at Acupuncture Cornwall periodically for over 18 months I have been pleased and encouraged by very noticeable improvement in my condition over time. Diagnosis and treatment has always been professional, sensitive and flexible and I have felt well looked after and involved in my treatment throughout.

Jess is an excellent acupuncturist, her treatments are really effective and she takes the time to understand your issues and has made a real difference to my well being. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She uses the Japanese style of acupuncture and you cannot feel the needles, it is a very relaxing experience.

I have known Jess as an acupuncturist for just over three years. I’ve worked with several different acupuncturists over the years, depending on where I lived and without doubt I can say she is the most skilled practitioner I’ve worked with. I base that on the fact that my health, including a couple of chronic conditions, have improved most during my sessions with Jess.
If she believes a change in my life style will help my health overall, such as eating my main meal at lunch time rather than evening, she tells me.
Last year was a very emotionally challenging year and I found her understanding and kind, whilst making practical suggestions to help, which did.
I experience her as being thorough, considerate, skilled with good boundaries.
