Their products were just as displayed online.

One problem:
- The khimar was beautiful and the quality was great but it came with missing straps (which means when I wear it there is a large gap which exposes my entire neck). They told me to reach out to them about it and send pictures (which I did) but they never replied to me. Also, some of their products are a bit overpriced.

I ordered a bundle of hijabs, but often they send two scarves in the same color and skip one of my chosen colors. Once, they even sent a completely different color than what I ordered. It seems the colors shown in pictures are sometimes not actually available. I hope they improve accuracy and stock transparency.

Placed Order on May 7th and never arrived, today is June 27th

I asked them for a refund on June 5th and haven't got any refund yet.

Don't get trapped with them and never do advance payment if you really are trying to buy something from them

The abaya is really good and the packing was really awesome, I will shop again and again.

The customer service is outstanding.
Unlike other renowned brands "The hijab company" is too good when it comes to customer service.
Your products are classy, durable but little pricey.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 scarves, recieved only 4. Ordered xl size and recieved small. Never received my grey scarf and seller was not willing to refund back on my card. Customer service non responsive

This company is a fraud be aware as they completely ignore you and do not respond.

The experience was good could be great if the delivery time was less. Other than that company is doing well. Highly recommended

The order received timely with the altered length of abaya, just as I expected it to be. The fabric for abaya was excellent and stictched to perfection. Also, the hijabs were of soft and comfortable fabric and the entire package arrived packed nicely with abaya in a beautiful box. To add more, their customer service made the entire experience worthwhile.
10/10 recommended for abayas and hijabs and will definitely shop here again.

As a hijab company, the sizes should be accurate. Large size should be large, and not medium as compared to the other brands. Surely! This should be kept in mind that real Hijabi people do not wear clothes which feels like to be sewn on body.
I ordered the sizes that usually fit me even from other brands and because of that my experience went badly with you guys, I hope you take this size issue into consideration.

I placed an order before eid ul Fitr for two abayas. I had to constantly check back after eid ul adha I placed another order for the same two abayas I received only one and paid for that one the next abaya came in a different delivery and the attached bill was for both abayas so I had to return it and the company had no remorse or no customer care that they apologized for the delay or checked back and fixed the bill to send the second abaya again. The abaya that managed to come has such a bad handwork and fitting and pen marks on it. I ordered an Abaya before and it was a good experience but the second order for two abayas went horribly and one of the abayas never reached me.
