Luxurious concept, but poor communication leaves doubts ...
I came across theheadspas.co.uk and was immediately impressed. Their website, branding and service offering are beautifully presented, inspiring a real sense of luxury and relaxation. Reviews on Fresha are also very positive, which encouraged me to contact them to book an appointment to de-stress and enjoy the luxury experience.
However, my experience so far has been disappointing in terms of communication. The company has not responded to my emails even after I sent a follow-up, and when I checked their Instagram, I noticed several comments from others mentioning the same issue (emails and DMs going unanswered).
This lack of communication makes me doubt how much they truly care about their customers. Good customer care is the foundation of a premium experience.
