Great comforter, company could do better to be 'happy' given their name.

I'm never sure where to begin, so I'll just start. Happy Bed could work on their customer service rules and protocols. It wasn't the fault of the person in their chat customer service. For example, I purchased this percal cotton comforter for €99,95 during their BOGO sale for the holidays. They offer free shipping on orders of €100. Do I think the company could have kindly still shipped my item for free? Yes. Do I think 5 cents should be the end all be all? No. To that regard, my purchase started off rocky.

Now onto the comforter I picked out. I had not had new bedding in 10 years, so I was excited to finally be able to find something nice for myself. I didn't pick from the BOGO lazy comforters.

I got this percal cotton comforter for several reasons. Here's what I can tell you. I love it. The thing about this kind of cotton is that it breathes. I'm 45 years old, I'm in menopause. This comforter isn't bulky, it's not too heavy, but it has kept me perfectly warm. I have not had hot flashes and woke up to throwing my blanket around. I'm sleeping better.

I am also disabled and chronically ill with limited mobility. I simply can't fight with a duvet and duvet cover anymore. I could have saved some money and got 2 comforters for the price of 1, but they would have been too stuffy for myself. I have a small throw blanket I always keep on my bed. This cotton comforter is lovely for what I need in the middle of winter.

It can't go in the dryer. That might put some people off from trying it, but it dries rather quickly. I only needed the 140x200.

When my box arrived, I was also thrown off by the color. I ordered grey. I reached out to customer service again because it appeared they shipped me some kind of beige/grey. They gave me some nonsense about lighting. The pictures do not in an way represent the color of grey you will receive should you choose that color. It is much lighter in person. Not the end of the world, but Happy Bed should update their online pictures.

I digress, is percal cotton worth the extra expense? In my opinion, absolutely. Is it worth not benefiting from a BOGO sale to have better quality? Yes. If you're in any version of menopause and you're tired of fighting with blankets and room temperature and life in general, show yourself some grace and try this comforter.

Terrible customer service
Bed Arrived damaged
Contacted straight away
when opening to assemble
Shelby was so rude shouldn't be working for customer service with rude attitude
Paige manager wasn't really bothered just
Other trying to sell me new parts for the bed & advised even though the bed arrived damaged not even been 10 days they will not accept return
I wasn't paying for more parts from this company in there error and even if I really wanted this bed
Apparently manufacturers need to approve returns
Bed was for my3 years
After having a terrible experience with customer service though we would assemble the bed and sort the damage sides once my husband assembled part by part long Screws are sticking out the damaged side
Hazard ⚠️ dangerous not safe at all for my child ‼️
Called again and was told by sophie as she can see you haven't assembled correctly then my husband told Sophie exactly how he assembled and she knew it was correct and she said i can't see that in the pictures
They know once they have your money
There is NO RETURNS OR WARRANTY
SAVE YOUR MONEY
we have brought 3 other beds different companies no problems and they was storage too so its not like we don't know how to build bed we also had Bellway's joiner and he even said you've done it right as manual its the bed
WELL THE BEDS IN THE TRASH

We also apologize for the slow and unclear responses. Around Black Friday we experienced a much higher volume than expected, which caused delays and slower processing, but you still should have been helped properly and respectfully.

I have placed and other but I never…

I have placed and other but I never received the package. I have send numerous emails to customer service with proof that the package was returned to the sender but nobody received replies to me and I have not yet received a refund. This is FRAUD

You can make it better if you use a proper delivery company. One that does what they are paid to do and deliver ontime.

Disgraceful and disgusting customer…

Disgraceful and disgusting customer service from this company!!! I raised the issue of the bed being very noisy and squeaky. Instead of being supportive, I was asked 21 unnecessary questions. On top of that, I was told to take the mattress off, lie on the bare slats, move around, and make a video 😡. I had already complied with this pathetic request. Then I was told it might be the mattress. I explained that I have a Simba mattress worth four times the price of the bed! There is no way on earth it’s the mattress. Clearly, they were just trying to wriggle out of responsibility and make things difficult for me!!! What a joke!!!

I challenged why I had to take the mattress off, and also why I was being asked to lie on bare slats and move around 😡😡. Shockingly, I was told this was required. It seems this company thinks the beds they sell only work without a mattress!!

I threw away the box with the intention of keeping the bed for proper sleep, but now they are asking me to find the manual and batch number — another frustrating request. I said I would leave comments about how I have been dealt with and my experience, and suddenly I was accused of making a “threat” 🙄. So apparently, I am not allowed to share how I’ve been treated — that’s what they implied, basically!! Pathetic!!!

The bed is poor quality, and the service is disgusting. I feel I can’t even express my honest opinion about the product and the service! The staff were patronising, repeatedly tried to wriggle out of responsibility, and even threatened to hang up on me simply because I was challenging them!!!

When I said I would leave comments about how poorly I have been treated, I was again accused of making a threat 😡. All I wanted was to be heard and to have the issue addressed. Instead, I was spoken down to as a customer. I paid for the bed — I didn’t get it for free — yet the way they responded and dealt with me was unacceptable.

To everyone out there: be careful. If you don’t like the bed for any reason, or if it’s faulty, they won’t accommodate you. Instead, they will frustrate you further. They are quick enough to sell the bed and take people’s money, but when it comes to complaints or issues, they claim they can’t do anything because they are “just an online retailer.” 😡 Pathetic!!!

Great experience with the sales and after sales service! I made a mistake with my order and the team was prompt to fix it without any delays or complications. The products are great and am enjoying them even during the warm weather.

Does not feel cuddly

The ceilings are really good so far

The ceilings are really good so far, with beautiful patterns to choose from. You can wash the blankets well in the washing machine and dry them quickly in the dryer. What is somewhat negative for me, the material is a bit rough, could be a bit softer.
