The dress is wonderful and as described. I thought to be between two sizes, so I ordered them both. The customer service reached out to see if they could help me avoid the costs for returning one item and customs and we tried to figure out my size for this dress. Much appreciated! I ordered 2 pairs of socks which worn out only after one wash. I did not use bleach, high temperature, or high-speed spinning. I asked for the refund, but I haven't gotten any reply. The store's concept is good, but they seem not sincere to their customers.

Thanks for the refund. It seems there is a misunderstanding, but I wouldn't call it 'a small thread' came out. The threads used in the ribbing snapped and made the ribbing weaker, which implies that it won't last longer. Please don't assume that I would throw the socks away. I usually use my clothes until it is completely unusable.

The best shopping experience in 5 years living in the Netherlands. Claudia was super kind, patient and with a big know-how about the brands the she has at The Green Labels. I loved all the process and I'll become a customer after this first purchase for sure.

I think it's time for eshops to abort shipping cost, like we don't pay for seller cost in shops.

Ordered sneakers since the store offered them for a relatively low price and said they would be delivered in 1-2 days. 9 days later I haven't even received a shipping notification. I contacted customer service (7 days after ordering) and they said that I ordered a marketplace brand and it could take a while for my order to be processed - very obviously contradictory to the quick shipping statement on the item detail page. Was promised an update from their contact person but then received no further info. I'm canceling my order and really hoping to get a proper refund...

I bought a really nice coat but unfortunately it didn't suit me. The quality was great and the delivery super fast. I contacted them to return it in perso and they were super speedy to answer and helpful. I was given the option to exchange it, but sadly they didn't have any other coat that would suit me, so I went for a refund. They were lovely via email and in person! A++

I was looking for a nice outfit and Claudia personally helped me to pick a perfect outfit in the showroom. I only shop at secondhand stores or once per year at the green labels because im sure it are clothes with a great story. I am super happy with my purchases and have to prevent myself from wearing it every day.
